Grand Mall & Office Center — Attraction in Grand Blanc

Went in for one purpose but they had customer service area closed I'm middle of afternoon on a Friday. I called and was told someone would be right there a line was forming behind me at this w point and a young man came up and told me it would be about 15 to 20 minutes because only one person was available to run that area and that person was on lunch. I went to the ups store the parking lot is not handicapped friendly. I had to park way out and the parking lot is full of large holes and where you park. They is a large sidewalk. I use a walker and struggled to not only get my Walker out of the car but then to maneuver through the parking lot and over the sidewalk and then across the driveway and then up another sidewalk was very difficult

I am giving the Grand Mall in Grand Blanc a four-star because it has a great collection of stores. Everything from getting your nails done, to shopping at Kroger, to eating at Taboon, great little clothing store for ladies, Kim Rose.
