Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Grand Blanc

Called an hour ahead to order ONE pizza. They put it in at the time I was to be picking it up. The whole reason I called it in was to not have to wait. Got home, took a bite, and it was raw. Took it back and the manager asked me why it was raw!! Then said they would make another one. There were 4 workers in the place including the manager, how do you mess up that bad? No customer service. As I walked out, they laughed because I asked why I had to come back a THIRD time if it is raw...again... Sorry to inconvenience YOU by asking you to do your job right the first time.. or even the second time. I will stick to Domino's Pizza. Better options, better customer service and better prices.update The second one was also raw. Seriously!! If a customer complains that their pizza was raw the first time, make sure it is cooked properly the second time! It isn't rocket science! Useless manager who is rude and condescending to customers. Maybe try working on your customer service. Maybe try learning how to make a pizza correctly and have it ready when it is called in ahead of time. Last time I will go there. Domino's...

The food here is fine for Little Caesars, in fact, it's actually one of the tastier locations. If you're expecting to be able to carry out a "Hot and Ready" when you stop in, don't come here. Call ahead. That's my general experience with the place.

Story time: On Halloween this year, I made the mistake of thinking I could grab a cheese hot and ready for the kids at 3:50pm. It was 4:40pm before I got a pizza (I had to settle for a pepperoni version because the cheese I ordered was missing in action)

I 100% blame the management for not preparing their staff and being organized on the biggest pizza night of the year. The poor woman behind the counter taking orders must have asked 12 to 15 times where the cheese hot and ready was during the time I was there, and ever got a response.

The level of chaos and disorder was astounding. I ended up taking the pepperoni pizza because the lobby had filled with about 25-30 people waiting for their orders and the staff looked lost and confused.

ordered pizza at 6:30 set for delivery. was told that it would be at my home by 7:30. called the store at 7:50 and was told that the driver just left. The rep never asked my name or what my order was either which I thought weird. When I asked why it was that the driver was just now leaving he said that I was not the only order that he had today. I never thought I was, but if you have a time set for an hour after the order maybe it should sow up by then. I checked the message that was sent at 8,and it shows the driver is still at the store. God only knows at this point if I am ever going to get my order.

Edit: Was just told that I will not receive my pizza by the door dash driver that was assigned my pizza. It seems that the pizza was never made. Called the store back and they were clueless as to what to do. We ended up asking for a refund, which they seem unwilling to give us as they do not think that anything is wrong with me spending $45.10 on pizza plus tip and not being reimbursed when we do not...
