Don't order from this location using the Subway app or expect to call them to deal with order issues. Nobody answers the phone. If there is something wrong with your order, you'll have to drive there to resolve it and when you do, they are extremely rude! I won't be visiting this location again. Horrible customer service. ** Update - After 20 minutes of calling, the "manager" answered and stated they were too busy taking care of customers in the restaurant to take calls and that any issues with delivery, even though I ordered through the Subway app, had to be dealt with through door dash. She said that once an order is placed and paid for, there is not refund or way to fix it. She stated that I had to deal with Door Dash even thought I didn't order directly through DoorDash. It is supposed to be the resturants issue if you are using their app and Door Dashes issue if you order throgh the Doordash app. I experieced each senerio and know that is how it works. With each senerio, I have been reimbursed by either the restaurant or door dash, depending on how I ordered. From the minute that i pulled into a parking spot the subboy glanced out the window at me and from that minute i knew that this would be the single greatest sub experience of my life. When i pulled those all familar subway doors open the sub boy greeted me in a very polite and authentic mannor, as i walked up he began to pull on those tight latex gloves and i knew this man had made many exquisite subs and this one would be just like the rest... amazing. As i told him what bread and meat i wanted his expert hands began to flow like a waterfall grabbing the 3 cheese sub bun and picking up those delicious salty good strips of bacon and cutlets of chicken. It was a almost ungodly experience to watch this young man on the verge of manhood craft and assemble this deliciously mouthwatering 12 inch thick packed all meet sub, all throughout the submaking this incredible man was able to keep a very gentle and lighthearted conversation about life and philosophy all while his hands never fluttered in the exquisite construction of this masterpiece. After investing 10 minutes into getting my sandwich, the angry girl behind the counter tells me their computer isn't accepting my gift card and that I'll have to pay another way. She didn't apologize for the problem, and wasn't at all polite about it. I explained that if they're having computer problems, the onus is on the business to rectify the problem - not the customer who invest $200 into his GIFT card. I asked for a manager; she told me no one was managing. As we waited for the computer to reboot, I explained that a customer should not be treated this way when a business is having tech issues. Two of these girls (Gen Z'ers with zero customer service skills) then began SCREAMING at me as if this were an Antifa riot.
