I gave this place 4 stars when I moved here 3 years ago. My how things have gone downhill. I copy and pasted what I left on a survey they sent me:

The app is awful. Ordered on Halloween so my friend had a buy 1 get 1 free entree in his app but I did not even though it was for everyone for the holiday. However I saw I had a free cookie. The store located at Saginaw and Holly Rd. doesn't even have the dessert category in the app while every other store does. I assume they just don't do desserts. Wrong. It was on their menu when I picked up my order. I placed my order at 4:03pm. App says it will be done at 4:13pm. My friend says we will pick it up at 4:30pm because the store is usually slow and I don't go there enough to know. We walk in at 4:30pm and there is a slew of angry online order pickups. Like 15 people at least. Customers walking in and ordering are getting preferential treatment. All in store orders were being handled before they get back to online orders. Only 7 people in the back. 1 guy not doing anything, another guy and girl giving each other attitude, and manager walking around complaining about how there is too many workers there. Yet they are far behind? I get my food FINALLY at 5:03pm. AN HOUR AFTER I PLACED IT!!! Ridiculous. No apology. I hope Chipotle moves to Grand Blanc soon. Never...

I recently left a review about being out of food. I haven’t come in here in almost a year and I thought I’d give you another chance. Silly me to think that you might have chicken. 815 at night on a Thursday and you were out of it.. This isn’t the first or second or third time this has happened to me. How is it that every time I come in here at night after working to get dinner that this place is out of something.. Let me tell you what I see. You have a bunch of young kids working here and appear to be totally unsupervised and they really don’t care. This time I will not give another chance nor will my family. I can’t imagine I’ve just had bad luck each time that I have come in there. Either this place is poorly managed like I said or nobody cares. It would seem to me that if I were working there and noticed that we were running low on a highly demanded item like chicken then I would start the preparation to make more. Actually, last time I was told that they were totally out of it. But miraculously, there was chicken there when the business opened the next day. This may not be a big deal to whoever is reading this, but I know as a business owner that this is a start or a part of...

Update: Some friends wanted to meet and with allergies, this was the agreed upon place. We dined-in (first time doing so) and although the line took awhile (they said they were busier than usual at that time), the workers were friendly enough and the portion was much better than last time. The flavors of the bowl were a little bland but the chips and queso were delicious, as always. The dining area has recently been redone and the seating was nice. Much better experience than last time.

We’ve been to this location several times and aside from the wait time to pick up an online order have been satisfied. But our experience this past weekend was poor. I got home to find that my “salad” bowl had only a few pieces of lettuce. I called to ask why and was put on hold for 5 minutes before I hung up, called back and was told “We’ve been really busy. You can come back and get a side of lettuce,” which wouldn’t have even been worth my gas. The portions this visit were disappointingly small. Based on this experience, we wouldn’t recommend this location. (This is a photo of my “salad” before...

Oh Qdoba, how far you've fallen. Pre-covid we used to eat here 1-2 times a month. Now, if you're lucky and you order ahead they might just have the right ingredients on hand to make what youve ordered and if you are super lucky you may actually have your order ready within 10-15 minutes of when it was supposed to be. If you try to just show up, you know, like in the before times, its a crapshoot on whether or not you can enter the store because more times than not they have the door blocked off with a sign saying they are doing online orders only. I know that there is a worker shortage but my 17 year old son applied here, was accepted, then never got put on the schedule and the manager never returned his 3 phone calls asking about next steps. By all appearances this store is being completely mismanaged and is floundering. I feel bad for the workers that they do have because I have to imagine they are taking the brunt of the backlash. Hopefully something changes here because they do have good food and a great location but its time to double down, innovate, adapt, or die.

MUST READ: Since they disconnected their phone lines and there is literally no other way to reach them unless it’s through a review, here I am! And from the reviews the past few months, I can see why, I’d hate to have to listen to complaints too. However, who ever was working today: Saturday, July 3rd, around 6pm left a HAIR in my chicken bowl. I posted a picture of the times and the hair itself to show proof. How disgusting it is to see that on my fork when digging in the middle of the bowl and going for a bite. I wanted to call to warn whoever’s hair that was to please be careful and make sure they are wearing a hair net or taking specific proper procedure when dealing/around food so that this doesn’t happen again or to anyone else. But I didn’t have that option.
