GI Card Shop — Attraction in Grand Island

If you are a comic book fan, this is the place to go in Grand Island hands down!!! They do only have back issues, not new arrivals, but what they have is excellent! Bagged and boarded, and priced great. The staff there was all very friendly, I felt welcomed there, not like it was a burden to them by being there. They also showed me some of the cooler things they had, that I might have missed otherwise. Unlike other shops in town, they put the prices on their books instead of looking them up online at the register to see what they will charge you!!!! Don’t let the Store name fool you, they have a ton of comics too, lots of long boxes to dive into.. and even more in storage. Their selections were actually good books too, not just the junk indie books that fill dollar bins at other stores… I just pass through once a year, but having searched the area and looked into what Grand Island comic shops have to offer, I won’t waste my time anywhere else...

Grand Island Card Shop is the place to go if your looking for any TCG or sports cards. They have a vast selection of Pokemon, Yugioh, MTG, and sports. Gary and Mike are honest, friendly, fair, and genuine men. You will not find better prices, or get a better value for products your looking to trade in or sell. I have first hand experience with all the card shops in Grand Island, Kearney, and Hastings, and I refuse to spend my hard earned money anywhere other than the GI Card Shop. I have been going here for several years. I love that they have a discount section full of single cards to look through. The sealed section is great as well. A variety of stuff to choose from.

When I brought my 7 year old in, they treated him like a king. It was a great experience for him. If you are a true collector, this is the place for you. I can’t recommend this place enough.
