pOpshelf — Attraction in Grand Prairie

Terrible customer service. Called the night before to get 30 red balloons for my mother's grave/birthday. She said I could come pickup the next day. When i arrive the next day they have almost no balloons left and they inform me I needed to place a special order to do this. Mind you the store is basically empty. But the person working (who claimed to be a manager) said "they aren't a party store" so she can't blow up more than 6 balloons at a time. But there's nobody here? So what else are you doing other than your job? Meanwhile they sell balloons and party supplies but don't consider themselves a "party store"? Ok sure sis. I guess we can all be anything we want in 2024....0 stars don't recommend. First and last time customer. What an unexpected trip ! I flew in from az for a graduation and had absolutely no idea what to get or what i should do. As I entered I was greeted by Monica the store manager and she was so so kind and helpful ! She started giving me ideas on what I could do and make for my cousins graduation. The next morning I went in and was helped by Angela who was kind and helped me out together the gift. Definitely will be stopping by the next time I’m in the area ! This is such a cool store! My sister recommended that I check it out. I love the clean lines and bright lights. The products were all color coordinated and were easy to find. What I liked the most was the selection of pens and notes books! Of course , pOpshelf had so much more than that but that’s what stood out to me. I’ll definitely return soon.
