You are going to be EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED by this place. I’ve been forgiving because some of the mistakes are understandable but they’re TOO frequent. I’ve been wronged by them 3x within a month.

1st offense: I placed an order and after 20 minutes they called me up to tell me it’s going to be an additional 20 minutes. For a Saturday, you should be more prepared with your supply.

2nd offense: on GRAND OPENING day, as I was telling them my order the workers made a face at each other (I should’ve realized the reg flag). Not even 5 minutes later, they called me up to tell me that they don’t have the full menu open because it was grand opening…???? Why even take my order then? Is it that serious to do a bait and switch for boba?

3rd offense: we were told boba was going to take 20 minutes. Spoiler alert: it came out after 40 minutes. Then they called us up to tell us a different ingredient was out. Literally, if you knew your supply was low and we ordered 40 minutes ago, you should’ve set aside some.

Don’t waste your time here and don’t even try to say I’m lying. I got all the refund/order receipts...

Great atmosphere love the milk cakes the first time. I came again for my birthday to grab a milk cake and customer service sucked sadly. After I ordered I was told that the cake wouldn't be done for an hour. I couldn't wait around so they offered something else but honestly I really wanted the milk cake and declined respectfully. I said it was okay no problem can I just get a refund. They wouldn't give me a refund they just kind of stared blankly at me and kept offering the other option. Then told me that if they put the topping on it would be ruined and I repeated it's okay please don't just a refund please. Again blank stares. I asked okay well can you at least put the topping in another container. They were like yes sure. Then they put it on top of the cake anyways and said it should be fine it'll be fine. Ugh! Feng Cha Grand Prairie is easily one of my favorite chill spots in town! Their drink selection is super diverse — from classic milk teas to fruity fusions and even cheese foam combos (don’t knock it till you try it). Everything I’ve tried has been on point — flavorful, refreshing, and totally customizable.

But what really makes the place stand out is the amazing service. Special shoutout to Sam, one of the friendliest staff members you’ll ever meet. She brings great vibes, makes killer recommendations, and genuinely makes you feel welcome every time you walk in.
