Me and my family love it! The ice cream is delicious. The fun part is that you can sample as many flavors as you want until you make one your favorite. There is plenty of choices for the topping too. You can always pick a favorite creation or dare yourself to make your own creation. Also the crew and Manager are amazing 👏🏻 they are super friendly, very welcoming, they make sure your toppings are well mixed and that you are very satisfied with your purchase and visit. Do not hesitate to ask a question because they definitely can help you and even give you the choice to upgrade to a waffle cone or bowl. My favorite one is the waffle dipped in chocolate. Now, I enjoyed so much the different creative creations in the cake section by the lobby. I have purchased cakes and can't wait to try the cookie sandwiches and cupcakes. They look so yummy! Went this past Thursday afternoon.. two boys working around 5pmish- I was so disappointed to see how little portions are given- a male customer also had a milkshake made and the worker filled the cup up like 40% of the way, put more icecream and milk in the blender, made a bit more, and still the cup was not filled- (had a dumb excuse about putting less to account for whip cream)- I’m quite literally a coldstone connoisseur- I get coldstone like once a week and 90% of the time get a milkshake- so miss me with that excuse. The customer said: “so what, ya’ll don’t fill the cups up anymore?” I’ll never visit this location again simply for this reason. Then, the worker put ONE Reese’s cup in my Love It cup- are you kidding me? I had to ASK for another one. CHEAPPP!! I should be offered a refund! Not to mention, the workers were STRUGGLING with scooping the icecream- all the icecream was frozen to the bone- maybe turn the freezer temp up!! 3-4 degrees Fahrenheit...
