I had a follow up visit with Kelli Fletcher. After being invited to be in an exam room, I waited for 35 minutes. Kelli was late, made no apology or reference to being late and was abrupt. To be polite, I would say she lacks bedside manners. She asked me in a rough loud voice “what are you here for?”. After I shared with her that I was there for a follow up visit, she said” Do you have any questions” As I related to her that I had severe bleeding after the surgery, her response “if you had problems you need to take up with the doctor”

Kelli Fletcher,, Was nice. I set there for little. bit. She came in room. Said she needed my x-ray and order to tell me anything. I said ok.. I set another appointment. 2nd appointment wanted me to see Dr Bryan Bruner. My Bladder not working. He sent me to Dr Taletgen. But. I needed my disability papers filled out. Dr. Bruner filled them out. Said i return back work. I could barley walk. I work 12 hours shift. No way i could work. Standing. Picking up tubs. My disability was rejected. I call her. Her response was im not seeing you. But Dr Bruner ask her. No money to pay bills. Still very sick. My job sent me home.Because not able stand. Still trying get Disability...

It had a great experience with NP Kelli. Scheduling was incredibly easy— I did it all online. My first visit had an extended wait due to unforeseen circumstances, but the front office staff kept us updated as to why and gave alternative options due to the unexpected situation. I really respected that! The MA’s knew what tests needed to be done prior to Kelli seeing me, so when Kelli came in, all the results were ready. Kelli identified the issue quickly and knew how to treat it. My quality of life is much better now.
