Cicis Pizza — Restaurant in Grapevine

Let’s get this out of the way: it’s not The French Laundry. It’s not even the best artisanal pizza you can find. But here’s the irony…you should still go.

The pizza is good (not great), they have a huge variety, and the addition of soup, salad and pasta help make it a quality all-around buffet.

And if the rock-bottom price doesn’t attract you, go for the service. This CiCi’s has polite, helpful and energetic staff that goes out of their way to make the experience more than it should be.

I visited the new CiCi’s Pizza today and had such a great experience! The restaurant was very clean, welcoming, and well organized. The staff was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything on the buffet was fresh and stocked. The pizza tasted great with plenty of variety, and I also enjoyed the salad bar and desserts. So the pizza was slightly greasy as in oil was dripping but then again what can you expect from a buffet style pizza place that’s making large batches of pizza at once. So that’s all fine.
