Denver Mattress — Attraction in Great Falls

My husband and I decided we needed a new mattress and set out to purchase one on Saturday. We stopped at a mattress store in our town and the young man was clueless on what we needed, a split top king. All other mattress stores were closed in town. We ended up in Denver Mattress and met Ray, he knew exactly what we needed, unfortunately unable to help us with the mattress we wanted. After talking with him for about 10-15 minutes I was convinced if they had what we needed I would definitely purchase from them just bc Ray was so knowledgeable in what we wanted and understood our separate needs in a mattress. We decided to try out their beds just to see if there was one we could agree on after finding out we were not going to be able to get a split top king with everything we wanted for under $3,500. (We have a split king now) The first mattress we tried we got in it and got comfortable, while laying on it we chatted with Ray about all of our needs in a mattress. We tried 3 more laying on them testing them out, sat on a few only to go back to the first one. We had left our information and got Ray’s, went to lunch and decided to actually go back and purchase our mattress of choice. When walking back in and Ray welcomed us again and I jokingly said “we need pillows to take a nap and test this mattress.” Ray actually got us two pillows (one for a side sleeper one one for a back sleeper) and we laid on this mattress just like we would if we were at home. Ray told us what time they closed and told us to take our time. We chatted some more and we purchased the first one we tried, two pillows and sheet set. I was convinced we were going to purchase from Denver Mattress the first time we walked in and met Ray only because he knew what he was talking about and what we were looking for in our different needs. I had an outstanding experience with Denver Mattress! Originally, our mattress delivery was set for Aug 24th, 2023, but due to the apartment move-in date being changed to Aug 12th, I had to reach out to them to reschedule.

Kyle, the customer service representative, was absolutely amazing throughout the process. He went above and beyond to help us find a solution. Despite his efforts to search for other similar mattresses with earlier delivery dates, none were available before the 12th. However, Kyle didn't stop there; he decided to offer us an open-box mattress to bridge the gap between the move-in date and the original delivery date.

Thanks to his thoughtful gesture, we won't have to sleep on the hard floor from the 12th to the 23rd. I'm impressed by the exceptional customer service provided by Denver Mattress, and I highly recommend them to anyone in need of a quality mattress and outstanding service. The store and the people there are very nice and helpful however the product is sub pair from what it was. A twin isn't a twin size wise anymore. Bought a new twin mattress for our teen and got it home in a vacuumed roll package, so no way to measure it prior to opening. Recpeut shows it is supposedly 74x38 twin. Unpacked it let it get back into shape and placed it on her bed frame and it short and narrow vs the prevous denver mattress. Measured out to be 72x36. Our previous twin from Denver mattress back in 2014 was exactly 74x38 as it should be. Ill buy off Amazon next time. Im sure Denver mattress would take it back and refund us but the next mattress model is way too much money and isn't worth the prices they sell for. 500 plus for a twin size mattress is just crazy.
