Went today to see Fluffy with the family. It was an amazing experience and loved the performance except the part when one of the security ladies was threatening to kick us out 20 minutes before the show because my aunt wanted to take a selfie with me and my mother. I know there is a rule with no photography and video recordings when the show ACTUALLY starts.. which this lady failed to understand. First she accused us for video taping, which again... that's not what we were doing at all. When we tried to explain what we were doing she rudely interrupted us and said we will be kicked out the next time she sees our phones. But right after she got up in our business, we see other people with their cameras out and sees that she let that slide. Naturally my family and I would be upset that she was clearly picking and choosing who to attack. So my aunt and my mom starts talking to one of the event staff that happened to be standing next to where we sat. It was just a question because we were confused why we couldn't take pictures before the show when several other people where doing so. Same lady sees that we were talking to someone from the staff and quickly runs over to get in our business once again. When we tried to address the issue she got overly offended and told us if we continue being a problem she will kick us out. 1.) there was nothing wrong asking the event staff questions. 2.) she told us that because they aren't security that we cant talk to them about the cameras. The ironic thing was that after this whole incident that could have been avoided, two people went up on stage to talk about how we all could take pictures before the show. Again, how ironic that happened after this lady threatened us for no reason. I believe her name was Barbara, but I wish I knew for sure what her name was because she was extremely unprofessional. This type of job also requires patience and understanding, which she clearly lacks. If management sees this, she needs to be retrained because she was on a serious power-trip which ruined part of...
Read moreWent to see Jeff foxworthy here. The lady I purchased the tickets from said there was no reason to get there early because we had paid extra to get the reserved seating. So when my husband and I arrived with our two small children we were immediately treated with disrespect. I handed a security guard my family's tickets and said could you please point us to where our seats are? He threw his hands up in the air and said I don't know. Finally we figured out a small gated area was where we were supposed to be. I showed my tickets to security at that gate he said come with me I'll find your seats. We then stood for about 30 mins (by this time Jeff had already started his show.) While security started checking people's tickets there wasn't an empty seat in the entire area someone was in our seats he asked them to move for us but once we were seated it started a chain reaction, of people getting moved around. So needless to say after paying extra to not have seating issues then having them anyway ticked me off. My family and i missed the first part of the show trying to be sat down...
