Was visiting Great Falls, had just left the C.M. Russell Museum, & decided to stop here too. The art gallery is situated in a classical early 20th century school building. The art featured at Paris Gibson Square is more avante-garde (or "outsider art", as one didactic described it) than what we saw at the Russell Museum. It was enjoyable in its own way. Modern art has its detractors (a group which up until perhaps a few months ago I could have been considered as belonging to), but for those who enjoy something different & stimulating, this is the place to visit. At the end of my visit I got to talking with the executive director in the giftshop. In our chat she related to me her love of pottery, & I recommended to her to maybe come up across the border sometime to see Medicine Hat's historic pottery district. Lovely lady.

The Paris Gibson museum is a great place to visit alone, with friends, or family. A very unique experience for lovers of art and history. My family visited the location, and it was very enjoyable. I highly recommend for anyone looking for a fun time. Admission is FREE to the general public, which makes it an even better experience! Also, if you play Pokemon Go, there are 2 gyms, and 3 PokeStops within the museum parking lot! Plus the nest is constantly changing. Highly recommend!

Brent greeted us when we came in and told us about the art that was there. He was friendly, informative, and answered all of our questions 😊 Admission is by donation. They had some pretty cool art and it was nice that they had local artists. The building itself was an old school so it, in and of itself, was like a work of art I would recommend checking this out even if you're not a huge art fan

A fine selection of Montana art work. A beautiful building. The only complaint is that they need more galleries. I appreciated that they gave each artist a large space of their very own to show their work. It's small and you can see everything in depth in about 20 minutes.

The museum has so much to offer for the community from beautiful displays to a wide array of classes, something for everybody really. Also, the Arts on Fire event has been a family favorite of ours for years. We love the museum, everybody should try and visit.

We come here again and again because of the impact on the community that it has. We love the history at the Paris Gibson art museum and the events inside. We'll of course be back!
