I LOVE the food, atmosphere and the "usual" customer service experience until today. The young man made it a point to make me feel ignored yet was directly in front of me when I walked in, then walked to the other end to stand there and gossip w ladies (I could tell you the conversation) proceeded to glance at me, then grabbed his phone and scroll, then glanced at me again and went "oops" before deciding to walk over to me, I apologized in case I was too early for my pick up and was "just checking" on it, and I am ALWAYS polite, kind, and typically enjoy leaving larger tips bcs I have also worked w customers, bartended, own a business, and so on, When he asked my name (it is unique and my given) he repeated back w an expression of "okay" as he walked off. Now, when I called, I'm pretty sure he was the one I spoke to initially, and he was very polite then, but in person for no reason, he was quite the opposite. I now don't want to return, which is sad. Again, I'm kind, generous, patient, and polite and in no way deserved his snide behavior, as though he had ever delt w me previously (he has not) undeserved behavior from him that hurt his money, and now the company be it not much its still a repeat customer lost. Thank you buy he could use a teachable moment, and I still tipped him, but far less than I would have. Thank...
Read moreTerrible. Worst casino I've ever been to . Upon entering the attendant was first off very rude to me about getting me a drink . A mountain dew. I sat next to my buddy and the attendant brought me my drink and asked " You are playing aren't you?" I told him that yes I was playing. That's when I realized I had left my wallet in my buddies car. So we got up to go and grab my wallet and the attendant followed us to the door and informed us that he was not running a charity and we were to put money in BEFORE we asked for drinks. I then informed him he was rude as heck and there was no way at this point I would ever walk back in this establishment. He said again we were 86'd and started chanting out our license plate number. When we got in the car to leave I realized I had left my phone in the casino. So I had my buddy go retrieve it since myself and this attendant couldn't get along . My buddy asked the man if he had seen a phone and he said "nope , no phone" That's when other patrons called him out saying he had in fact picked up a phone. He informed everyone that he THOUGHT there might be a phone in the basement. He came back up with my phone..... I wouldn't spend a penny here ever. For...
Read morenormally i would have only good things to say about the city bar but tonight the bartender a middle aged woman was rude and even disrespectful. the backpack i carry has all of my electeonic "devices", laptop, tablets and phones that i use for app development and the coding courses im taking and i kind of understand the "no backpack" rule at some businesses but even most of them are fine with just keeping my backpack behind the counter while im there but she even went as far as to repeating herself in a disrespectful way that she couldnt have me in there with my backpack. some people just seem to need to be taught tact and even common courtesy especially when they think that they can talk to people, really anyone like that and not get confronted about it. Drew and Rachel are awesome. Great fried. ZANDYS...
