First time I tried them they could not program a simple toyota key, just shrugged it off. I gave them the benefit of doubt, fine whatever. I went with a mobile locksmith working out his trunk to do it...
Then, second time I tried to get them to program a key which i bought from them to a lexus. One of the guys who works the front said they do lexus all the time, ok. Well they took almost a month to get a key cut from lexus, guy had a spanish sounding name (glasses, short stocky build, short hair) Hey guy so much for being experienced with lexus... I had to take out my doors key cylinder and bring it in the store to have him supposedly cut it by hand...
Furthermore, technician they sent out to try to program key fob was pretty much lost. It seemed like he almost had the key programed but just gave up said he couldnt do it, second time I got a brand new battery, tested the voltage everything should be good to go, figured maybe bad battery...
Nope, same technician came out and just sat there for a few minutes and took off. Just said he couldn't do anything. LOL. $300+ to get a key cut which took about over a month with a fob that doesnt work so car doesnt even start up.... Never once did they offer to make the situation right, just kept giving broken promises on ETAs..
Absolutely TERRIBLE service. I'd stick to just house keys and door locks but I'd run away when it comes to Auto locksmith service
Also guys, for future reference, you need to do an immobilizer reset to ecu. But i guess only lexus can do that, so there I saved you guys some time and pain. Unless you want to keep scamming then go ahead. I'm...
Read moreMy husband and I were in a really bad life situation and to top it off I lost the only key to our Durango. Someone had unlocked the ignition so we could put in nuetral while it was being worked on well I tried starting it while in repair and out of habit I turned the ignition back putting in the locked position (yeah super proud of myself at this point) I didn't know what to do we were completely broke vehicle down for the first time in our 43 and 51 years of life found ourselves homeless living our of the Durango and where we had it parked it HAD to be moved before it got towed to impound. Out of desperation I called the first locksmith Google pulled up Greeley lock and key explained my situation to the owner only asking if he'd please help me and unlock the ignition even tho I couldn't pay him. This man and his wife show up about a half hour later and made me and my husband 2 brand new keys!! Words appreciation gratitude and humbleness can never explain what I have for this man. He spent so much time of his own to figure out the ocks on the door and ignition then cut 2 keys knowing I had no way to pay him was so nice and friendly told us your welcome shook my husband's hand wished us the best and well a d went about his day! I will praise and recommend this man and his business for the...
Read moreChauvinistic pigs that make fun of the very clientel that keep them in business. Had to use them because of an emergency, but would never recommend anyone give them a penny for their services. There are companies that actually appreciate their business/customers and are sympethetic with their needs. Not this company, they decide to make fun of the customers that pay their bills. There are a ton of lockout services, do not give this company a glance. Their payment policy is a joke as well! Following them to an ATM? Are you kidding? In this day and age you can take credit cards on your phone, let alone getting payment information before they head out! To the previous poster that dealt with a price change and was happy about it, well, I'm sorry, the ethics in this company are not pronounced enough for me to believe you misunderstood the price they said. He didn't do you a favor, he overcharged you.
If you want to deal with a company that makes fun of their clients, along with derogitory comments, by all means, give this company a call. If you want professional, no hassle service, call...
