I’m really disappointed with the professionalism and communication at this establishment. I started bringing my 2 yr old Staffy here about a month ago because I was starting my career as a nurse and I was required to start day shift before I switched to nights. I didn’t want her alone for so long during the day and she’s never had any issues with dogs or people in the past. She doesn’t bark, and since adopting her I have been training her. My mom picked her up at the end of the day and the only things I heard was that she was humping but it resolved easily. My mother also reported that the staff told her she had an incident with a smaller dog because the smaller dog snapped at her and she reacted. However, I’d like to preface that leadership never reached out to me personally and the staff reported the incident to my mom in a light manner. Sit and Stay had a website where I scheduled the daycare days and after each day they have a report card section and receipt sent to my phone that was always empty. There was never any report about my dog for the day. I had a good impression of this establishment and wanted to continue bringing my dog during my transition to night shift. My first night shift I brought her in the morning so I could sleep. I awoke around 2 pm with a missed call from the manager Danielle saying my dog was “acting up again” and I needed to bring her in less because she was coming in for back to back days. I work three 12 hour shifts a week as a nurse. She doesn’t attend day care on my days off. I went to the daycare to pick her up in my pajamas. I had a discussion with Danielle, her only solution to the issue was bringing her in less. I proposed that maybe she can get kenneled to settle down because the main issue was that she was overstimulated and overly excited around all the dogs. Danielle reported that they kenneled her but it made it “worse” not explaining to me how exactly she was worse. I assume she was brought back to the play area, and not kenneled sufficiently to calm her down. I was also told that my dog was going to get banned if her behavior resumed. Which was odd because if her behavior was at this level I would have appreciated a call previously from staff. It felt like it went from 0-100 real fast. She also told me they were spraying her in the butt with a spray bottle, which kind of rubbed me the wrong way. After my conversation with Danielle a man that was next to her during our discussion asked me “Are we talking about (my dogs name)?” I was still pretty tired (and cranky) from my shift so I replied yes without any interest to continue to talk about my dogs apparent shortcomings. He didn’t introduce himself but went on to name drop another daycare business and told me “If you want your dog to be in a kennel all day bring her here,” and how he prided himself about how the dogs are in the play group all day and some dogs are socially intelligent. Verbatim “Some dogs have it and some dogs don’t, and (my dogs name) doesn’t.” Essentially, calling my dog socially unintelligent. I was extremely awkward and unresponsive during the conversation. I left with my dog and called to get a refund on my full 10 days daycare package I had purchased before this incident. I didn’t want to risk my dog getting into any other incidents especially since she wasn’t given adequate breaks from the play group. I don’t think any dogs get many breaks from the play group. Which can be beneficial to some dogs, but not mine and that wasn’t being accommodated for.Thankfully, I received a refund only with a note at the bottom of the check that said “Refund for daycare package days after (my dogs name” ban.” Even though she was never explicitly banned. I only rated 2 stars because the employees who handled my dogs were always friendly.

This staff is amazing! I've been taking my German Shepherd puppy to S&S since he was 10 weeks old. He is now 10 months old. Everyone is so polite.... always. Smiling faces when I drop him off and when I pick him up. They accommodate your feeding schedule and medication schedule if need be. I also have been attending obedience school with him where there are plenty of class schedules to choose from. I've found a Thursday night class that works with my busy work schedule. Their fees are reasonably priced, and they have an option to buy packages. I like that my boy is exhausted after a long day of playing. When he is old enough to be at home alone, I'll probably still take him here to keep him accustomed to being around other...

Do not recommend! I have brought my dog here a few times to day care and everything seemed to be going okay for awhile. Then out of the blue they kept telling me my dog was starting trouble because he’s intact. Usually my dog only starts something if he feels threatened, but my dog got the punishment. Further more, I decided to give the boarding a try, as I was going out of town for 2 days. Well my husband went to pick him up when we got back in town, and my dog was DRENCHED in pee and poop!! And then they blamed and “banned” my dog for stalking other dogs. Again my dog gets the blame. I’m more upset that my dog was covered in pee and poop!! Not ever taking him there again. I’m glad he got...
