Worst customer service I have experienced. We called ahead of time to ask what time they closed and the lady said 9:30 even thought the website says 10. Before We were waiting to order she asked us if this was for here or to go because they close at 9 even thought we called ahead of time and it was only 8:30 No one came to our table after 10 minutes so I had to go to the front and ask for assistance. I said excuse me to the lady about a few times until one of her co workers had to get her attention for me.. While we were eating she kept telling us to leave and threatened to call the cops if we didn’t. Before we even ordered we told her if it was a big deal we could order to go and she said no. Yuk , yuk , yuk!! No matter what I order they always mess it up !!,..I guess they don't take the time to read the order..... Just nasty ,
CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A MUST FOR ME & they take no pride in their to~go orders.. they stuffed my enchiladà side ways in the bag ,the chili ran out all over, the four chimichangas we're scrunched on top of the side of beans and rice , causing a mess because it had cracked the lid to beans and they were seeping out , all in one small bag good thing they had placed that bag in a plastic bag otherwise I would have been wearing our dinnér .as the bag had torn apart from the chili ... needless to say we have spent a lot of $ only to be let down time & time again , we will not be returning to this establishment in the future. Went here for dinner on Sunday night. Went early and it got progressively more busy as we ate. Good to see there are obviously large numbers of locals who enjoy eating here. Gave 3 stars because the food was good but not amazing. Got the flautas dinner plate with chicken. The flautas were maybe a little too done and the chicken wasn't the best, but overall was still good enough to finish. Looks like this might just not have been the right thing to order, so if I come back I'll try a different dish. Prices are good for how much food...
