The worst/slowest Starbucks in Green Bay.

There’s always something going on with the drive thru at this location. Must be a combination of horrible work ethic in today’s youth, incompetence, and poor hiring decisions. While three cars were in line, an employee named “Yanye” (or something close to that) decided that it would be a good idea to just strike up a five minute conversation with his friends in the car that pulled up to the window. Yanye even took the time to have his friends take pictures of him at the drive thru window. I hope the owner whips his management and staff into shape. This location has been terrible since the day it opened. I thought I’d give them another shot, but I’ll probably just end up going to a different coffee place...

I went in for a simplee hazelnut shaken. All I added was 3 extra hazelnut pumps and vanilla foam. I got neither. My coffee was nothing like what I asked for. I never go back for remakes but it was disappointing. I understand it was kind of busy but the remake was so much worse.The barista acted confused as how many pumps I wanted. Why? IDK but it was pretty simple. She seemed annoyed but she was all over the place, looked like she was doing too much at once...clearly she can’t multitask. She still only added 3 pumps as I watched. I went in to purchase two Starbucks sippy cups. I placed them on the counter and an employee walked over and stared at me. He did not address me, just stared, so I waited until he did. He then proceeded to tell me I could scan my own merchandise. I saw no sign that said self serve, so I said "what do you want me to do? Scan my own items? He then said, well I can if you want me to." I said, yes please. I paid, and then he said "ok". I had to ask for a bag as well. Worse customer service I have ever had at a Starbucks. Needless to say, I will never visit this location again.
