The Guys at Elite Electronics are amazing to say the least. I have always been reserved in doing any radio or electronic work on my German cars so when I took my 1995 BMW M3 to them, I was very very skeptical if they would understand what I really wanted to accomplish and if they would be able to do what I needed from them. I spoke with Omar and advised him that whatever was needed to be done, I needed the car to stay as original as possible so for an average person looking at the car they wouldn't be able to tell if anything has been modified. The reason being, this is a rare car with low miles and I want to keep it as original as possible besides the wear and tear that it has incurred with only 70K miles. Omar assured me that whatever work Elite Electronics would perform, it will retain the originality of the car and retaining they did. The guys did such a phenomenal job, they did all the research needed in installing the speakers that matched the exact specs of the car but of course much higher quality and the Alpine Radio they installed in the dash even matched the Amber color BMW is know for. The retained all the original parts and made sure that if I ever sell the car, the restoration of original parts back into the car will be as easy as plug and play without an hindrance to the originality and value of the car.

I cannot be more satisfied with the work performed on my car and the quality of the sound on this car is 100 times better then what it was before. I honestly recommend anyone in Wisconsin or even the surrounding states to really look at these guys to have their next projects done by. They really take pride in their work and stand by it 100%. The time spent and the money spent with them is worth it without a doubt.

A Very Happy and...

I have a 2012 Toyota Camry w/Nav, which can be a difficult upgrade for some. I had started with another shop and purchased my own speakers. Today, I have all new speakers and did not return to the first shop. I came across Elite, they were able to finish the job the first place started in no time, and for a lot less than the first place who did not complete it. Other than my 6X9's, my speaker choices were not the best. When I went to Elite to have a problem with the door speakers diagnosed, they were able to adjust the partially blown speakers until I could find time to make an appointment and have them replaced. These guys are so good, they made partially blown speakers sound great. In fact, I almost thought about keeping the partially blown speakers, but did not. Today thanks to Elite, I have the perfect system (for my tastes) and everything is warrantied. Elite will never upsell you. If you do your own research and bring your own equipment in, they will install. They will address concerns of your research if you ask. again no upsell. However, they sell only quality equipment from all price ranges, so I would say do the research and buy from them. And their knowledge surpasses any other audio shop in Milwaukee, hands down, with no arrogance or up sale pressure. And as stated above can even make bad speakers sound good. In the end I wish I would have known of and started with Elite Electronics before buying any equipment or taking my car to any other shop. I would have saved a lot of money and time. Dullah and his team at Elite truly embody the definition of great customer service. Not only is he extremely knowledgeable in his field, he is also equally attentive to his customers needs as well. I recently had my wife’s car in for a remote start install, and Dullah took the time necessary to explain all of my options in great detail; therefore, allowing me to comfortably choose the best application for our needs. Furthermore, it turned out that my wife was experiencing range issues, and Dullah immediately took the car back in to install a mobile drone device to remedy this issue as well. On top of that, Dullah even followed up with us after the install to ask how my wife was enjoying her new remote start system. Again, great customer service!! All-in-all, I’ve personally trusted the team at Elite over the span of the last 8-10 years tonhandle any/all of my car audio/security/video needs, and I would honestly never take my vehicles anywhere else for this type of service.
