MUNCH MOBILE — Restaurant in Milwaukee

I went to the much mobile on 7/6/25. I ordered a nacho smash burger. When I tell you it tastes exactly how I hoped it would taste BUUUT it was even better!!! The chips weren’t soggy…I’m talking about crunch with each bite the patty was juicy and overall fresh made to order. I’ll be doubling back for another one sometime this week. Oh you got to top it off with a lemonade. I had a Dr Pepper but I have tried the lemonade and they are literally perfect..not to sweet and not too tart and the best part is that they are extremely adorable for the trendy menu they offer. Give it an over all 3/10 rating. There was one other order ahead of us yet everything seemed put together in a rushed manner. Ordered a loaded baked potato and it was missing some of the toppings listed on the menu. A smash burger and a hotdog as well and the buns were mediocre, and soggy. The lemonades are too sweet full of the flavor syrup and not enough lemonade. Gave us utensils after touching them with bare hands. No gloves. Overall they could use more work in their structure as a team and possibly time management without jeopardizing the presentation, taste, and quality...

I ordered from this food truck and ended up waiting over an hour, which is way too long. I understand that running a food truck comes with challenges, but a total wait time this long is excessive. On top of that, when I asked about my order, the employees were rude instead of being understanding. Waiting outside for that long, especially in certain conditions, isn’t ideal, and some decency in customer service would have made a difference.
