Cousins Subs — Restaurant in Greenfield

Terrible service. Crazy wait times, overcharged, coupons basically a scam. Their new floats are 5$ for 1 scoop of ice cream and whatever soda they have in the fridge and u basically make it yourself, and they dont mention that till they hand it to u. All teenagers with seemingly no supervision. Told em i was in a hurry, there was only 1 other person in the store and they still took like 10-15 mins. And 1 of em wasnt even doin anything and i asked him to refund my overcharge if he wasnt busy because i was in a hurry, and he basically refused, said the guy finishin my order would do it and walked away. With 3 employees and only 2 custies, youd think they could get it right or fix it efficiently, but instead 1 refused , 1 couldnt do it on his own and the 2 of them basically leave and the, had me leave feelin still overcharged, unsatisfied wirh my order, late to where i was going, and i wouldnt even know who to complain to since it seems like its just them kids there. Plus they took such a long time to do all this that i didnt wanna even think about how long it would take to go any further seeing as how slow they were and that i was already crazy late. Im usually not a complainer with this kind of stuff, nor do i usually write negative reviews, but it popped up on my phone asking me how i liked it, and i was still pretty irritated . Last thing the floats are advertised in like 3 spots without the price or much details, then the prices are in the like bottom corner on the otherside. I just figured either itd just be a couple dollars or be more worth it if it was more, but i was sadly mistaken... pretty ridculous price for like 1$ worth of soda and ice cream that u...

Staff is great but the problem is this place is slow moving. I called in an order just to wait 6 minutes in a slow moving line. My fries for my meal weren't ready because they make them fresh. That's great okay I'll wait 2 more minutes. Fries come up. Two people are at the counter and a lady seemingly tells the man that the fries go in her friends bag. The worker didn't double check and handed her the food as she bolted out. I assumed that maybe she was waiting on fries too so maybe I'll wait. 5 more minutes pass and I decided to check with the staff. The man states he put those fries up. Well I still don't have my food at all. He gets upset at himself and throws the fries down. A few minutes later the fries are done and I'm finally on my way. Moral is don't bother calling in or going online because you'll still have to wait. I was on lunch break and what shoulda been in and out took 20 minutes of me sitting around. This store might wanna have two staff members at the counter to help with the noon lunch rush and come up with a better process for preordered food. My food was not good either way. The fries were over salted to the point you couldn't taste potato and my bread was stale and falling apart. I...

We had placed an order for two sandwiches on 5/13/2022 at 7pm, we were told it would be around 20 minutes... We arrived 25 minutes later and neither the fries nor the second sandwich were made. There were literally 4 people working and not a single one of them looked like they cared to get to it. They all just stood around talking. This isn't the first time this has happened either. The employees just stand around and talk and have no haste or quickness to get anything done. My fiance called to complain about his order being wrong. I told them more than twice on the phone for a tuna MELT and they just made a regular sandwich. then one of the two girls working who had answered the phone just started to laugh it off and AGAIN show that they had no care about the customer or even their own respect.
