QDOBA Mexican Eats — Restaurant in Greenfield

Ever since I first started going to this new location on 27th and College I have been put off by how the manager says (in the drive-thru nonetheless?!)... "you have the option to leave a tip of xx percent, xx percent, etc." I always decline. Well last week a woman helped me in the drive-thru, wasn't the manager this time, and she so conveniently added an unauthorized tip to my order! She rounded my order up from $19.19 to an even $21. Of course she didn't offer me a receipt on that occasion. Good thing I requested one! I really could not believe it. But given the manager's persistence in collecting tips, I am not surprised at all to see they are now adding illegal tips, so essentially stealing from customers and hoping they won't catch it. I am being refunded my $1.81 but getting the refund is not that big of a deal; it's the principle of the matter. Truly repulsive. Be leary of this location's...

this is coming from and inside worker, and working there was absolutely horrible it started off great and I was having such a good time but over time I was constantly getting yelled at for putting too much food in peoples bowls and burritos I was talked to about my mental health in a very unprofessional way and have had talks that have never ended well mainly just making the shift horrible most of my other co workers agree Kevin the manger at qdoba has fired multiple people I put my two weeks in and was never put back in the schedule the pay is horrible the 17$ and hour is a lie and he he even admitted it the East I was treated was horrible and I do not wish that on anyone my last shift I was ignored ran into and basically invisible to my manger he never said hi to me and would always have something to say about what I was doing would pull me away from customers will not be supporting...

I eat at many Qdobas, I have visited this location a handful of times and find the staff to be not the friendliest! Nobody is rude but typically never greeted upon entering and it typically feels like they have better things to do then to serve the Customer. I usually stand there as long as uncomfortably possible before I am asked what I would like. Last visit was black friday around 11:15 and we were the only people in the restaurant. Tortilla soup was luke warm at best. Place is always clean. I gave it a few visits because it was new but nothing really changes. I believe i have a good perspective as I have ate at Qdoba over 650 times according to the rewards program. ...
