I was heading to Best Buy but stopped short after I couldn’t get anyone on the phone. I had driven by sound solutions several times, so hey, I’ll call those guys. Not only did they answer immediately, but they actually beat Best Buy prices. Once in the store, I had a blast talking to the guys about the myriad of premier audio and auto accessories that were on display. Ended up getting a great deal with an installation warranty that they absolutely stand behind. The work was going to take several hours due to the amount badass equipment I bought. Never fear, the salesman who sold it to me also gave me a ride to my house so I didn’t have to wait at the store. The finished product was amazing. They transformed a 2004 f250 lariat into a 2020 model with the amount of electronics that were installed. Being an aircraft inspector, I can tell you the work is professional and top notch. They stayed late to finish my vehicle and even later to show me how everything worked and ensure that I was happy with my purchase. 5 stars from me. Great guys and professional work happens here. I can say that they will do any and all audio or electronics work that I have done in the future. Too many places fail to earn your business, that’s not the case here.

Had a head unit installed in a 2005 tahoe. Customer service is great here, and they warranty the work. I ask tons of questions about the products, and they are always happy to help....
Read moreWhen they installed the remote start they broke the rearview mirror. So when the parts came in back I went back for them to fix that and they had to install a new remote start b/c the first one went out and did not work so i had to return the remote for a new one. The next evening I was at work getting ready to leave and tried to use the remote start and it locked down my car for almost 20 min. My car wouldnt start. So I told my husband to take it back to them and have them just to remove everything b/c at this point I had enough. They did not give them a full credit, which they should have . They said it was not their fault and that Acura had messed with their wires. Listen " WHY WOULD YOU SEND OUT YOUR CUSTOMER AND NOT TEST OUT YOUR PRODUCT TO MAKE SURE IT WORKS?" Acura didnt break my rearview mirror remote when you guys installed it the first time. So I doubt they flipped your wires ...your just suppose to check that before you say ok everything should be good now. I mean it didnt even work the next day! So I had to take it back to Acura b/c they had my driver door was propped open too wide which created a problem with my door sensor not reading my door. When I first walked into the store I was greeted by a bigger fellow named Randy, I believe that's what his name was. He was very strong and well spoken which was a plus for me because I'm hard at listening sometimes. He seemed very interested in ACTUALLY helping me with my installation and tinting needs and referred me some decent prices and went over several awesome products that I purchased in the same visit. After ringing my total up, another fellow appeared out of the back to take my car for the tint and installation job I paid for. After getting a ride with my girlfriend back to the house where we had lunch, I received a phone call the same day saying the car was ready to be picked up! I was totally surprised the ETA they quoted was actually spot on! I even got a chance to personally thank the owner for working on my OWN CAR. That says a lot when you can run a business and are able to get your hands dirty at the same time to provide excellence service.
