Celebration Station — Attraction in Greensboro

Went last night for my daughters 11th birthday. First of all. Don't bring little kids because they can't do anything. I paid for an unlimited use bracelet for all 3 kids and the 2 Littles were too small for anything so I had to get a refund and trade for arcade credits instead which were gone in no time because half the machines eat your credits. At least 10-12 arcade games were not even powered on maybe more. Another 8-10 took my credits without giving me a play, this happend multiple times because I wasn't sure if it was actually scanning so I would scan the card again and then lose another 8 credits. I also hit 1000 tickets on one machine and i was never awarded. I was told I only had 930 tickets when I went to cash out at the prize area, even though I hit 1000 just on one game. There is no way to verify this because there are no kiosks to check how many tickets you have accumulated. Your at the mercy of whatever the teenage girl behind the counter tells you is on there. Then when I was spending tickets I was using my calculator to add up as i chose items. I was only at 730 when she said I was out. The parking lot was full of broken glass. I even grabbed a large chunk of it on the way in the building because it was near my truck tire and I didint want to just push it out of the way for another vehicle to run over. Both restrooms (male and female) had no paper towels in the arcade area. The other restroom had a hand dryer but had then you had to walk to the other bathrooms just to dry your hands from the first bathrooms. Ive never been there before despite growing up in Winston and I was really excited to take the kids because id wanted to go as a kid and never did. I ended up being very disappointed. Don't even waste your time if the kids are small or under the age of 8 or so. I added 2 photos of machines that didint give me plays but left out ones that had other people's children in the photos. Good luck if you decide to go. Also, their website advertises that if you buy an unlimited use wristband you can add a $20 game credit for $10 but when you get there there is no such promotion. The best they offer you is a $28 game card for $20. This is false advertising! The staff was pretty friendly i had no issues there but they do spend alot if time standing around talking to each other. My oldest had alot of fun on the go karts but it was hard because I had to wrangle 2 little kids that can't do anything, so therefore wanted to go home, while I let the bigger one have fun for her birthday. I'd hoped with where we were going and the amount of money that I spent that all 3 kids should be fully entertained for the whole night but that was definitely not the case. March 16, 2024 Oh my God!!! Where do I begin!! I hate giving bad reviews but...this just made no sense!! I along with my daughter decided to celebrate my grandson birthday at Celebration Station. It took forever to get our food!! More than 30 minutes!!! We had to ask if food sitting in window was ours!! There was standing water!! Actual standing water!! Near the line where you go to order the food!! The pick up area counter was dirty and looked sticky and nasty!! The line outside and wait times to get on rides was absolutely ridiculous!! We never got to do any of the rides!! There was no employee at the area where you get ticket purchases . We had to get back in line again to purchase tickets for rides at the food counter!! I do applaud the young lady at the food counter. We could tell she was frustrated but she held up very well!! She had absolutely no help!! On a Saturday night!! No help!! Unbelievable!! Where is the Security!?!? A fight broke out!! Why are you serving alcohol drinks at a kids birthday celebration facility? A fight broke out inside and continued on the outside!! Where is the security for these kids!! This was so awful!! There was no attendees walking around to assist or help with Anything!!! Its like the customers and the one employee taking food orders ALL was left on our own!!! Where in the world was the manager!?!? Where? I mean, this was crazy!! The food....oh my God!! And I don't blame the cook. I blame the company, for way overly priced food that my daughter said, she was scared to put it in her body!!! No one has ever told me that before!!! The quality of food is terrible👎!!! There was no order at the prize counter!! No line or nothing. Folk jumping in front of others. And the employee at the counter set no boundaries. You have to make them get in line or they don't get served. I have to reduce this visit to 3stars...would be 2stars but I put a point back to support the young lady at the food counter!!! She really held her position down as much as possible!! She needs a real raise!! I say it all the time!! Good Customer Service is the "Heart" of the business!! Managers speak up!! Call your Corporation!! Get some help and some Order in this place!!! This is a kids facility!!! Not an adults club!!!

August 2023 Back to school date with the grands. I treated them to a weekend of fun before school starts and they had so much fun. Five stars🌟 . If the grands are happy, grandma is happy😊!!! They talked about the fun they had all the way home!! The atmosphere is great👍!! The wait at the go cart area is a bit of a wait but the kids didn't mind. But hopefully in the future that will change. I didn't get a chance to try their food because we had planned on eating out afterwards. Maybe next visit. But it sure smelled good!! The staff were nice and friendly. The game room was clean and fun areas. So, overall fun...

Went here last Sunday with 3 girls to just have a little fun before going back to school. Bought the family fun package bc funds are incredibly tight and thought we would get the best time for the amount of money we had to spend in trying to have a good time with 3 kids. We came specifically for the go carts and unlimited rides and everything else would’ve just been a bonus….WRONG. After spending $102 online for 4 unlimited attraction passes we get there and go carts are closed for the day bc of issue with a broken piece of railing on the track that happened early in the day and that no one was trying to fix at all. Staff was non existent and after spending 35 minutes standing at counter to get wristbands we had very limited options on what we could do. Spent all the money I had on the wristbands and the only thing we could do was boats (it was later and cold so Boone wanted to do that), laser tag or mini golf. No offer of some other type of compensation for not being able to ride gocarts. They had no soft drinks available at all and had to go back and wait 10 mins to ask for the drinks after getting the pizza that came with the package bc they weren’t even given when it came out. I made a complaint online using the form submission from website and have yet to hear anything back. I don’t expect a full refund or anything but I did expect them to give us a rain check for another day to come back and ride the go carts at least being as that was the one thing we came for. Finally got a response from the company and I have to say that I am not satisfied in the least with their response. You can read it for yourself below and I can say that I will not be spending anymore money at that establishment ever again since they didn’t even offer to have us come back out and get the actual package we paid for being as the main component was not available that day and nothing else was offered to compensate us. Rain check should have been given or some other accommodation but nothing was offered that day and nothing offered in company answer. SMH. No you won’t have the opportunity to do better on a future visit bc I will not be going back to waste more money when the company clearly isn’t concerned about money...
