Unfortunately, this is a terrible restaurant to get food to go from, and the prices they charge are nowhere even close to the value you actually get. Service off the bat is bad. I waited 10 minutes just for someone to take an order. To start, I ordered a sushi roll. I was supposed to have crab. To my disappointment, there was only crab in one piece of this entire sushi roll. For $20, you could’ve recently got two rolls had a better spot that actually gave you what you ordered. Or one fancier role with more fish/seafood at any other spot. I then followed this up with the hibachi chicken and scallops. Add a $35 price tag, I expected a decent amount of protein. Once I finally opened the box, I was so disappointed to see 4 ounces of chicken and three pieces of scallops. This was actually such a bad reveal. If you order sparkling water, it cost $7 for a small bottle. Skip this, go right down the street to the grocery store, and buy seven of the exact bottles for the same price. Next to last, the plastic silverware they give with two go orders is so flimsy. You would expect for this exorbitant price, they would at least give a start a plastic utensil like many other restaurants will do. The fact that they give a cheap, flimsy utensil speaks volumes to how this business practices profit over service. Lastly, one of the worst parts is that they force an 18% tip on all to go orders, however, the only place they even mention it is one time on the menu in a big paragraph. While the issue itself is not this tip, it’s the fact that the restaurant staff don’t remind you that the tip has already been included, and they hand you a receipt that has a spot for a tip. The restaurant has baked in the 18% charge as an itemized line item on the receipt, rather than a line item after the subtotal. This means that they are calculating tax on top of that tip, so you are paying even more than you expect. This restaurant should remove the tip as a line item on the receipt, only added after the subtotal, and stop charging customers extra because they have to tax the tip. Additionally, the restaurant staff should clearly let customers know that tip has already been added. This bill in total came out to $83 if you don’t realize, they already included the tip without telling you, and we’re just hoping you would be gullible enough to give more, and for less than half the price you could’ve had the same quality, better service, and less fraudulent business practices at any other establishment.

We came January 3rd 2025. I don't like how they automatically add on tips on your bill. I know they have a sign saying they add it if it's after 8:pm or 9:pm but we got there at 6:30 I ordered chicken, steak, and shrimp I guess the waitress didn't hear when I said shrimp. The chef was going over our order prior to cooking but he didn't say shrimp I let him know we also wanted shrimp So the waitress lady came back I said yes I wanted all plates to have chicken, steak, and shrimp combination plates then she says well we already have your steaks over here we would have to change the steak out for different kind of steak. I said fine can you add shrimp to all plates she did that. One person at our table asked the waitress a couple few times for napkins he never received napkins. One of our kids accidentally spilled his drink they brought us rags for us to clean up. My son that accidentally spilled his drink is special. We was a party of 13 our bill including tips was $575 we still wasn't finished eating and they start bringing our to go bags and to go plates we was still in the middle of eating. So then we go ahead and ask for to go cups we asked 3 different people finally they brought half our group cups but not everyone. This visit wasn't the best. The ranch on our salads was sour and tasted bad like it was no good. We didn't say anything to anyone there about the ranch. The chef was nice I wish he would have done more entertainment while cooking. He only did the train, the fireflies, and the volcano. This was for my husband's and sister in laws birthday. Plus she had never been to America so I was hoping for a better experience. My husbands birthday was December 28th. My sister in laws January 3rd. This was my sister in laws final night in America she was flying back to her home the next day January 4th. I was a little disappointed on the experience. We hope to come back in the future I hope it will be a better experience.

We ate here last Friday night. We came a little late, maybe about 8:30. Everything about the food, chef and service was superb. I have to brag about the chef though. The energy and entertainment Mop brought to the table was EVERYTHING! It made the 1 hour wait for the food worth the wait. We brought our toddler who was getting bored and even he was mesmerized by Mop. He was the absolute best thing about our entire experience. The food was so good. On a side note, one thing I disliked about it was, they didn’t start anything until our table was full. So I’m assuming because it was late, we had to wait for other stragglers to join us, which made out wait for dinner even longer. We started regretting coming (because our kid was getting impatient). With that being said, we were satisfied by the time we left. Thank you for the experience!

Sadly I can’t put 0 stars, this was the Worst experience I’ve ever had in a restaurant. Disrespectful service and management. Me as a customer service person I will do my best to help the people that needs to be serve

My boyfriend asked if we had the time to have food at the place cause they were one hour to close (graduation day, all restaurants full and delays on the street) they said yes for how long?and he said that we were on the way over there from the coliseum. He waited 20 minutes to be seated while we arrived. Asked for a beer that never received if we weren’t there.

My sister and family got there and they didn’t had the plates on the table, the busboy threw the plates in front of them while I was parking and when I get in I saw the waitress talking really rude with my family cause I wasn’t inside and she wasn’t going to take any orders till all the family arrived even than my sister already new what I wanted to order and she offered to order for me and they said NO. I sit and she said what do you want to drink and left. Arriving more than 10 minutes later with the drinks and mine didn’t have ice enough for a hot sweet tea I asked for, she refilled at the end of all the service still with no ice.

My boyfriend told me that the manager was kicking him out cause we weren’t there, but we told him we were kinda late.

The waitress was working so bad that she didn’t even do the right order. They had to trash a red snapper cause we just ordered one and she put to. When she saw me sitting she said what do you want to eat and looking at her watch to make me hurry up really disgusting way to do customer service.

At the end of everything I asked to talk to the manager cause it was a really bad experience for all of us that went there to have a good family moment celebrating my nephew’s graduation. He was rude, disrespectful, mean and didn’t listened at all, pointing my boyfriend saying that the poor service was because of him cause he “lied” about us arriving there. He told me that they were about to kick him out cause they weren’t going to waste the waitress time and the restaurant time and table in one customer. Of course everyone is going to get mad at that. It was easier to say no from the beginning. At the end he told me.”that’s how we work and if you don’t like don’t come anymore in here and that’s it”

It is really easy to point fingers at us when we told them right from the beginning the time of arrival. Instead of acknowledging and assuming their errors. We are the paying customer service. Nothing’s free, so we cannot accept this type of treatment, because in response to what he said, if that is the way to treat costumers, may as well shut the place down. Def not worth the...

Me and my family of 12 might I add have eaten here for years and I have NEVER experienced the kind of blatant disrespect and ridiculousness that we did tonight for my nieces birthday. Let’s not mention the fact that their family of ten ate here let night as well. We come so often that I have multiple coupon cards and when we sat down and waited for 20 mins just for drinks and a server to come to our table I asked if we could use on multiple checks. He said no problem we can use all three and split at the end. Didn’t sound right but hey what do I know he should know better than me, wait another 15 mins for the other two missing soups and three drinks. Comes to the table with the check after yelling across the table on how we would like to pay, and I hand him 4 ...10$ off coupons all with my information filled out on the back. Comes back with the and demands our card although we have no receipt of what we were actually charged. We ask for a itemized receipt and notice there is only one receipt with one 10$ off applied. He comes back finally and i ask for him to just explain why we did not receive at least three of the coupons on the ticket since that’s what he said and if that’s not possible which is fine could I have my coupons that were not redeemed back. He immediately started to be come irate and aggravated because I asked for the unused item back. Stated he didn’t have tome for this Because he is three other tables. When I asked for a manager he just got flustered and threw his hands up as if he could care less about what was going on. He began to yell and make a scene because I guess that was easier then just giving me back the items that hadn’t been used or applied. Even made a comment that the server didn’t charge me for a spoon full of rice my son ate off of my plate. Last time I checked they give you extra food when you apply a split charge which I got no extra food and he had a bite of rice and when I asked if they needed to charge me for a bite of rice because I was willing to pay extra if that would make the situation better he threw his hands up and said idk.Y’all I come from a family runned local business. I have been in the service industry for 9 years myself. I’ve always been taught customer service is everything. These people tonight could have cared less and were so rude. They also chased my father in law down out of the restaurant making a scene for nothing. If I could have rated it no stars...
