The first time I placed an online order with them, the service was ok. The second time I placed an order for 16 wings, the order was really late and they forgot the ranch and the wings were stuffed in a huge pizza box. The wings were also really cold.
After leaving a review on their website I got an email from the GM offering me a credit for 16 wings and ranch. I thought that was good. So it's been about two weeks and I thought they could make good on that offer today. So I called after I got off work at 5 pm. I was immediately put on hold with an automatic voice recording. After waiting for like 10 minutes I hung up and tried calling again, thinking that maybe I called the wrong number or someone was automatically putting me on hold. After getting the same response two more times I decided to just drive up there.
When I get there, I see 3 people just standing around. No one was currently on hold, but as I get ready to place my order a call is made. The employee immediately puts the caller on hold. How does someone know they'll get any service if they're immediately put on hold and hear a voice recording speak?
So I place my order and told it will be 15-20 minutes. 20 minutes is a pretty long time for it not being busy. So I decide to just wait in my truck and play with my phone for next 15-20 minutes. So I set my phone timer for 15 minutes, thinking it should be ready real fast because I walked in to make the order (because it's nearly impossible to call in and place an order). I go in after 15 or so minutes and the order isn't ready. Its still another 10 minutes for the order to come out.

I placed an online order from the store site to which after waiting over an hour my order was handed over to door dash for delivery. I ordered this food for kids who ended up leaving plus the kids in my house. I call the store to find out what the deal was to have a young boy answer who was very rude and nonchalant about the fact that my order was late. Not only did he say that he had to delay the orders because he had a big order come in I asked out of concern for the late time frame would my food be cold? He stated it wasn't made at the time of the order because of the big order. Keep in mind he never asked what order I was calling about or what my name was. So when I brought that up asking how he knew which order was mine. He replied, " it doesn't matter because your not the only order that was late!" So I asked if he needed me to pull up. He said real sarcastic, OK. When I asked to speak to a higher up he said u can call in the morning. Mind you I placed the order after 9pm and I'm writing this at 11:51 because after I disconnected the line the person canceled my order and I still haven't received my refund! Read moreI forgot to add to my comment the real reason I am also disappointed and felt that it was an action taken against me for complaining because ....I called the location to detail what was wrong with my pizza. I asked to ensure the pizza was being made prior to me having to drive back up to the location. So that I could be back quickly to eat and breast feed. The young lady got somewhat sassy saying “yes ma’am that’s what I was already planning.” For me to arrive and after both inspected the pizza and made a comment stating it was kind of burnt...I asked where is my new pizza. I was told it had not been started and the two young employees didn’t have the business sense or common decency to return a call detailing I would receive a refund or remake of the same and not the thin crust requested.
I wish I had taken a photo because the pizza was far from fluffy. My original pizza almost appeared to be a thin crust so I decided to order one to avoid the same issues.
I will say if this is the policy, all employees should follow so that this one incident does not...
