The Wayne Theatre — Attraction in Greenville

My remembrances date back to the 70s and it was closed when I returned after retirement. This has been a wonderful addition to the old hometown, and the staff was welcoming and friendly, and the facility is not the old crowded seating we all fit as younger skinnier kids! The recliners are right down front, from my vantage the the floor has the same slope it had before the remodel. The state of the art digital screen and projection are first rate, and the sound system could rival a rock concert! I had some earbuds and the sound was as loud as I wanted, without you might not need your hearing aid! Don’t EVER pre pay for movie tickets at Wayne Theatre and THEN get sick or end up in the ER YOU will NOT get reimbursed for the tickets if you cant come, EVEN if you have your tickets printed out! Being a manager now and was on one in a 15 million $ store “we” Had rules also BUT depending on the customers situation and IF you want to give Great customer service and have them come back we accommodated at times! This movie theater provides comfort, affordability and cleanliness. I have never been a big movie goer, mostly because of these three issues. At the larger theaters I feel like the lack of cleanliness and outrageous prices are a big deterrent. This theater provides affordable snacks, they have the recliner seat options and the place is so clean, I'd say you could eat off the floor, not exaggerating. They keep it so nice in there it is definitely worth going. Small town theater surpassed my big expectations!...
