I am a big online shopper. However, I find it easier to return an item in person if the store in question is within reasonable proximity. I have done this a couple of times at this location, and this will be the last. The attitude (each time) has been unpleasant, and returns are obviously bothersome to the staff. In my opinion, it is a short-sighted mindset since quite often customers returning products will tend to browse and perhaps purchase additional merchandise once they are in the store. I responded that it may not because it could be a bad die lot and then she said, “I cant sell these if it happens again and you return those, I can’t sell those either.” Somehow I am now responsible if a $130 pair of pants is faulty? This is the second time that I have been treated like dirt there. It is really too bad because the store is so beautiful as are their products, but there is a real disconnect with the insipid people...

Parking is located after the building if approaching from the south (you’d be turning to the right into the parking lot) and isn’t too big so it can be a bit of a wait. This location lacks a sale section which every other Anthropologie seems to have, but I guess in Greenwich there isn’t a need for a sale section. The checkout line isn’t really obvious because the layout of the store is similar so it would be nice to have a sign for the end and beginning of it since many people tend to go right to the front, wait a few minutes, only to realize they’re not on the...
