Horrible mice infestation, incredibly rude staff. We notified them of the mice immediately and an exterminator didn’t come for two weeks. And when they did the job was done SO POORLY, they had to come back on several occasions. And while touring the exterminator’s around my condo Samara Graca one of the office workers was laughing at me. They didn’t replace any of the furniture that the mice had destroyed including a brand new very expensive leather couch we had just purchased. Do not live there unless you’re ready to be doing your own repairs. Oh and watch out for the ice in the winter I slipped down the steps on building 37 (I was 37B) because ice or wet soggy leaves have just been left there. Counting the days until I can get out of this apartment. Never should have renewed the lease. My apartment has an excessive INSECT problem. Over 100 (no, not an exaggeration) CENTIPEDES. Also spiders. A tiny 510 square foot apartment needs 15 insect traps all around to catch as many bugs as possible, and trust me, that it will. But don't worry, you will still have to kill plenty of live ones yourself. You will also be laying in bed and see them crawling on the ceiling, fall to the floor, or walk in and find one crawling on the ceiling.
