I’ve never encountered service quite like this. The cashier is miserable, rude, and downright mean. Absolutely ridiculous of an attitude. It felt like a burden just to place an order. Customer service matters, especially in a small neighborhood spot like this. A little courtesy goes a long way, and sadly, that was completely absent. I’d love to support a local business, but not if I’m made to feel unwelcome every time I walk through the door.

Ordered 4 breakfast sandwiches all with chili (obviously) and chili was forgotten on every sandwich. And the sandwich was just not as good as it used to be. Called to let them know that the order was wrong and that we were charged $2 per sandwich for the chili that none of us got, and was just met with “sorry about that” and the phone hung up.
