What an amazing experience! So my daughter was gung ho about going ice skating until we got there. She's deaf so she has balance issues and that was really the main issue at first. The staff all came up to try and make her feel better about going on the ice and they were patient and kind. We will most definitely keep going back there! Normally we go to Terry conners in Stamford because that's where we're from but the trip to Greenwich is worth it. My daughter & her friends (all 12yrs old) had a terrible experience today. They were kept waiting in the queue outside in the rain and cold weather for 90minutes without any sort of communication from staff inside. They had to wait for people to leave as place capacity is 25 including staff members. They were even letting people in based on number of groups available to go inside to fill their capacity not by people standing in queue. They finally let them in by 3:30 and skated for 30 minutes only as they close @ 4pm. Above all that, they made the girls pay for those...

Hamilton skating rink is a perfect place to take your kids or family on a boring day. The staff is really nice. The place is clean and overall everything looks very well put together and the ice-skating rink is really fun. The price is quite expensive but you get to be there for Up to two hours for only paying $12 per person. The skates could be better but overall they have a wide selection of sizes.
