West Cambridge Park — Attraction in Greenwood

My only concern is security. My husband and I are in our 70s and we go there frequently. In the last two weeks, there have been two instances of concern and both were around 6pm. Once there was a guy who had a hammock stretched between the trees and had a backpack so I thought he was probably a student. Again last week we were there late about 6:30pm and also there was another woman there with her dog. We were down at the pond. All three of us watched a man with a telephone to his ear but was obviously just doing that and not really having a conversation. It was pretty errie as he followed behind us. Not sure if maybe a menace or someone filming us. We speeded up and as we did, he also did. We went to our cars and when we looked back, he was gone although he did not come up the hill to the parking lot so obviously went off...

It was nice plenty of playground for the number of people there and there were probably 30 people there. the gazebo was taken but I didn't see any reserved signs. Maybe it's first come first serve. I don't know but the medication I have to take specifically states to avoid over exposure to sunlight. We wanted to stay longer but the only shade was taken. But overall we had a great time and will be going back. There's some debris...

Great place to gather with friends! The large picnic structure has several tables surrounded by well kept grounds and lots of paved walk paths. The long biking and walking path also goes through the park. There are two parking lots. Public bathrooms are provided. There are three large child playgrounds with white sand play surfaces around the park and benches...
