I was expected to have my quince when covid first began. My dresss was delayed till after christmas’s. We noticed we never got a call back from her and so we called. She told us it was delayed again for the 4th time( a year had already passed) but that wouldn’t be an issue since parties had been canceled. We told her my quince was still happening as there was no distance or no contact still implemented and it was still safe to do so with my invites cut in half. We told her we had already payed the 400 of deposit and as she kept putting excuses we wanted our money back. She said she was not giving us the money or the dress. She was yelling at us and was treating us disrespectfully. I told her she could have the dress and sell it but since i had already payed half the amount of the dress we wanted the money back. She kept raising her voice and saying she was not giving anything back to us. I saw the dress on her window case and saw she was selling it even though she never gave my family back the 400 we had already payed. We had a receipt and everything. After covid passed it was to late to claim any money with a lawyer. She got her way after. She was rude and disrespectful, i hope no one has ever been through this situation with her after...

Terrible experience. Long story short but I don’t recommend this place to my enemies. Went to buy an overpriced dress and invitation cards for a quinceañera. We submitted all our payments in a timely manner, got our dress (in very poor condition) and we were just waiting on cards. Business owner harassed us multiple times whenever we asked on the ETA of cards. Went in to pick them up when they were ready (a week before the actual party) and found them to have an incorrect design. Bought a baptismal suit for baby boy. I asked the young lady that if it didn’t fit if I could bring it back and get money back she said yes. When I came the store hours said they are open but we’re actually closed. I called number on door and the lady did come to meet me. She told me all sales were final and I could only exchange.
