Surf Style 301: Surf, Swimwear, Sporting Goods in Gulfport — Attraction in Gulfport

Obviously if I could give it zero stars I would, but this is a visitor/tourist trap with trash merchandise and associates are extremely rude. Customer service does not exist. I spent $400 at their Biloxi store, and no one bothered to inform me when I was checking out as I was grabbing things noticing I didn’t try on anything that I thought if I have a receipt I can return it and when I went to return it, I happen to be at the Gulfport store and they looked at me like I had three heads and told me, I didn’t even buy this at the store, and like I was some kind of hustler, and it was awful and I just went backless, two weeks later after one of the biggest events or the biggest event of the year to exchange it for beach chair, bathing suit shorts, and some trash sweats that just peeled and balled up after one wash and they let me pick out all new merchandise while they held mine up at the front the entire time, and after I was there now, they told me I was past their seven days return policy. At which point I told them I would never shop their stores again and that they can keep their trash merchandise. SAVE YOUR SANITY AND YOUR MOENY, steer clear. -A friend and GOOD...

We went twice. The first time we received a $5 off coupon after spending $290.00. We returned two days later to purchase another shirt and a few other items; we tried to use the coupon. Angela, the manager said we could not use the coupon because it would not scan. The nice lady,Terry, who checked us out contacted the manager —who said “if it does not scan, we could not use coupon”. They checked us out and gave us another bunk coupon for $5. We told them to keep it. There is another shop down the street.... might try those for better luck...

This was our 1st time here. I wasn't impressed but then again it is a "chain" souvenir store. The prices were high on a lot of things. There were lots to choose from but it all seemed to be the same stuff. Lots of shirts mostly. There was a small snack section, but everything seemed to be way over priced and the chips we bought were stale. We bought several clothing items, but for what we spent we could have gotten a better deal somewhere else. Sadly the vinyl on the sweatshirt I bought started peeling off the 1st...
