My initial experience with Elena was pleasant but upon delivery at my wedding, I ordered babies breath for center pieces for 11 tables, $75.00 worth. I received beautiful bouquets and flowers for my table but only received $20.00 worth of babies breath, enough maybe for 1 or 2 tables. This was the main part of the center piece. I reached out to Elena thinking maybe the delivery guy left it in his car. She got defensive instead of trying to resolve the problem which the day of is very stressful, she was resistant and would not provide what was missing . She basically kept my money and got over. I ended going to a flower shop next to the venue in Paramus who also agreed that was maybe worth $20.00. I had to spend an additional $60.00 and saw the difference in quantity. She is willing to ruin her reputation over the cheapest thing. Very disappointed in the way she handled this. She lost a customer and I will not be referring anyone. Itās a shame because the bouquet was beautiful.

In response to your reply below, As I showed you in a picture that I am attaching here , that was not $75.00 worth of babies breath. I sent you a picture and it showed you and speaks for itself. You lost a customer over something minor which makes no sense. You failed to deliver and you kept my money which is criminal. You can easily add the text messages and it just further shows the same thing. I addressed it then as I am doing now. Below is the only thing I got. When We discussed it , it was to full big mason jars for 11 tables , you quoted me $75.00, I think as a florist you should know what covers 11 tables and you can also agree this is at most $20.00 worth. When I brought it to your attention you got defensive and it could have been the delivery driver may have left it in his car either way I needed to know what happened. Instead of you making this right on an already stressful day, you wanted me to go back to your store which was not close and not my error. Itās quite ok as I got the correct quantity at another florist. I showed them what you gave me and they also agreed this was not $75.00 dollars worth. I hope you take this a lesson. Try to understand your customers and know that if I wanted to get over, it would not be over babies breath. The bouquets were beautiful and I give you credit for that but itās a shame that you were willing to lose a customer over this. Best to you

I walked in with my wife earlier this week to order a bouquet of flowers in advance for Mother's Day. We asked for a few different colors of tulips, along with some hyacinths. We wanted tulips specifically and even asked pricing per stem. The owner said she could do it and charged us $90 ($60+vase)
Mother's Day arrives and I go to pick up the bouquet, and instead of what we had ordered it had: a few browning white roses, yellow daisies with glitter and plastic butterflies, lots of hyacinths filling the vase, and two unopened battered tulips.
When I got home and confirmed with my wife this was not was we had ordered, I called to see why the bouquet was different. There owner then tried to tell me that because she did not write tulips next to the colors on the order, she gave us filler flowers in those colors.
Either the owner did not write our order down properly (despite clearly saying what we wanted) or she was intentionally vague in order to up-charge us because it was Mother's Day.
I was not going to argue with her about this as the flowers we did end up getting were not good enough for a $90 bouquet. Thankfully I was able to take them back for a full refund (always make sure to pay cash) and avoid dealing with them...
