Only frequented this establishment because I followed my nail tech (Bo) from her previous salon. Today I drive down (half hour) & arrived on time, to be told my friend/Tech isn't there. This business COMMUNICATIONS are by a "TEXTING" service. My Tech called out for her sick child, totally understandable. The business failed to "TEXT" me/the client of the CHANGE &/or CANCELATION. Then when I made it apparent of NOT NOTIFYING ME PRIOR , the owner walks to the POS to RESCHEDULE me while I'm standing there. I tell her this is totally UNACCEPTABLE & UNPROFESSIONAL for a business. Then walked out. How can BUSINESSES be so NONCHALANT about people's & patrons TIME, when we're expected to respect theirs. TIME IS IN FACT MONEY. After receiving a "CANCELATION" TEXT, in my car I responded that it was again "UNPROFESSIONAL" & they were supposed to NOTIFY me PRIOR to arrival. The tried to text me they "HAD" a "somebody" to do my nails. And that I was NO LONGER welcome! HAHAHA š¤£š¤£š¤£ As if I would ever again! FURTHERMORE; My $185 "Hybrid" LASH INSTALLATION took less than an hour last week Friday. 𤨠The owner was LATE 30mins, (Another Client) again they told me after I was outside waiting. Needless to say, it was RUSHED! Nobody was in the shop & everything was put away, door locked. Plus she ACCUSED me in a text of wing $50 because I didn't pay a deposit for my appt... Ā Ā Ā Read moreThe worst pedicure i have ever had done. I went here for the first time because they were open on a Sunday. I swear she rushed me because she had an appointment coming in. She barely filed or buffed my toenails. I asked her to please remove the dirt and gunk under my nails but she kept telling me there was none. She didn't even try... While i sat there and scrapped it myself with my fingernails but no.. she still didn't do it. Then she had to repaint them because parts of my nails were missing polish. Not to mention my feet are still rough. If i only wanted my toenails painted i could have done it myself and saved $45!!! Edit: In reply to your response, I would love to see that camera tape where it shows that I took 20 minutes to pick out my color. And I called before I came so I did not just walk in. The tech painted added another coat to my nails because the sides of my toenails were MISSING paint. and NO... she did not remove the gunk from under my nails. If you truly have footage than you will see where I took my own fingernail and cleaned it myself. Again, terrible...
