This restaurant changed hands a few years ago. Since then, in my view, the tastiness of the food has significantly diminished. The fried rice comes out a light yellow. It either needs more soy sauce or to be fried longer. If a dish has broccoli in it, they’re close to being raw instead of cooked a bit softer but still crunchy.
