Rent King - Haines City — Attraction in Haines City

AMAZING customer service!!! After only 15 months of use my electric mobility scooter had a sudden catastrophic failure and I needed a new one ASAP in order to be able to work, but could not afford to buy one outright. Even though they don't normally stock this item, the manager, Tom, went out of his way to find and rent one to me. Everything was expertly and efficiently handled from ensuring it was the correct model, to staying on top of the order to get it to me as soon as he could to making sure I had replacement insurance so I didn't end up in this predicament again. I have NEVER experienced such a high level of customer service. I felt completely taken care of from the very first call. Tom even came in on his day off so that I could sign the papers and he could get the item ordered immediately to ensure I received it as quickly as possible. I was called as soon as it arrived and it was all set up, fully charged and ready to go as soon as I got there. All of the staff there are SO kind and truly seem to care about their customers. I HIGHLY recommend this store and have already told NUMEROUS people about their amazing customer service and all around wonderful staff. I just perused the first few recent reviews, and I agree! My wife and I have known Tom for almost a year now (give or take a month or so), and he has always been fair and honest with us. He is a no-nonsense person who is candid - yet very sociable and friendly. From a business perspective, he is very professional and has again always found a way to provide us with very attractive and financially sensible deals on all of our items we have rented/are renting from him and the local store.

Not only Tom, but the entire staff are extremely friendly and helpful.

Delivery has always been prompt and highly appreciated!

I have known Tom Lewis, the current manager of this store through doing business with Rent King for over 15 years. I was using the Lakeland Fl. Store until Mr. Lewis transferred to Haines City. He has always taken very good care of our appliance and furniture needs throughout the years and I've never had an issue with his service. He is prompt, courteous and very knowledgeable in available items. I have been a customer of the Haines City store for almost a year now. I switched shortly after Mr. Lewis left the lakeland store.
