I really like the set up and it is very pretty inside, however in such a saturated area, that is not enough incentive to use this place. I tried it a second time yesterday. I wasn't happy the first time as the employee had that "I know everything" attitude and at one point had asked if I had ever been in a dispo before yet the only things he pushed was "high THC". I decided to try placing a pre-order yesterday but had to go in after trying to use unmanned pick up window (no sign?) CONTRARY TO HER BELOW RESPONSE, SHE STATED THEY CANNOT ACTUALLY SEE THE FULL PARKING LOT AND SHE COULD NOT TELL THAT I WAS OUT THERE WAITING. AS I MENTIONED I JUST HAD SURGERY A NOT GETTING OUT OF MY CAR WOULD HAVE BEEN BENEFICIAL. I walked in and waited a while as the security person was having trouble scanning the person ahead of me. When it was my turn I was told my medical marijuana photo ID card issued by the state was not an acceptable form of state issued ID, she then struggled a bit with my license. I went in and although there was only one person ahead of me, I had to wait as that person needed to place their order and there was only one employee. While I was waiting two more people that had been waiting at the pick-up window came in upset. When I picked up my order I asked if there was a medical discount as EVERY dispo in the part of the state does that and was told no. When all was said and done it took FOUR MINS ONCE THROUGH THE ID CHECK BUT I WAITED IN THE PARKING LOT FOR A PICK UP WINDOW ATTENDANT WHICH ADDED TO MY TIME to pick up my pre-order. With so many choices which are much cheaper, with friendly and educated staff, I do not see myself going back.
EDIT - I posted this an hour ago and one of the owners just CALLED me very upset with my review. She stated "I am currently watching the video of you and can see you were in the store for 4 mins. Now I'm watching you walk out". I'M SORRY WHAT? Is this normal? THE FOLLOWING IS PARAPHRASED DO NOT CALL ME AGAIN TO CORRECT ME She proceeded to tell me how my experience and feeling were incorrect as she has 3 other very successful businesses. Even after telling her I felt very intimidated by her call and that it was aggressive to be sitting there on the phone with me while reviewing video surveillance while comparing it to my review she kept talking over me. I told it felt like a police interrogation which she replied "no it doesn't." When I specifically told her what the budtender told me (referenced above) she laughing "but I'm not laughing at you just at what he said." I told her I am a medical patient and the anxiety from this call was too much she kept on going. I felt bullied. I wound up hanging up on her, she immediately called back but I blocked her. Any owner that prefers to call and harass a customer over their experience rather than be proactive and have a better experience from the gate seems to be in the wrong business. If the focus is "correcting the record" of a review by any means necessary (calling and harassing a customer) then I hope that works out but I refuse to go anywhere that is more focused on looking good rather than actually being kind and helpful to a customer. I’ve been a loyal customer since they opened, including joining their rewards program which I loved until last night. As per the cashier you have to redeem your points in front of their faces in order for them to apply the rewards, which honestly I find ridiculous. I had over 1800 points which means I was eligible for a $50 dollar off. By mistake while I was in the dispensary store in front of the cashier I clicked on the redeemed in stores which I thought would take me to a code to show the cashier however it just completely went away. I explained to the cashier what happened and she completely ignored what I said and stated that is she’s not able to see the reward she’s not able to apply it. I’ve spent hundreds of dollars to get $50 dollars off and it was gone in seconds. No point of having a reward program if employees can’t see how many points a customer has lol. I completely cancelled my order and walked out. Cancelled my account and will not be retuning. To those complaining about minimums required to use credit or debit cards, remember that weed is not legal at the federal level. Banks are regulated by the federal government so it is extremely difficult for dispensaries to get approved to accept debit and credit cards.
I’ve also seen reviews where people are complaining their perceived potency of the product is lower than what’s indicated on the packaging. It’s not Molly Ann Farms that is responsible for determining the potency. That is for the grower or wholesaler to determine and report to the regulatory agency. If you don’t like what you bought, try a different manufacturer’s product or a different strain.
