We’ve been eating from here since they opened. At the beginning the food quality was excellent, while service left much to be desired. Now, the food matches the lackluster customer service. The delivery driver beeped his horn rather than ringing the doorbell, waking up my neighbors at nighttime. He was very rude to me when I asked him not to beep his horn in quiet neighborhoods. The food itself was downright horrible. I ordered general tso chicken, but there was no sauce in the platter or on my chicken. There was one piece of broccoli. And my rice was stale. My sister’s dim sum was not accompanied with the sauce we should have received. When I called to ask for sauce, the person on the other end’s demeanor was that of I must not have checked the bag or I’m bothering them by complaining. I was told the driver would come back with the sauce, but nothing arrived. This is one of several bad experiences in the past few years. I recently started doing the online ordering from there. First off I found out that they charge a $1.00 extra just to put ketchup on your food when asked. They call that a specialty order...WHAT???? I remembered when I first ordered online and there was a difference in what the price online said then what was actually charged. I chalked it up too maybe I ordered from the wrong online site. that has happened to me. So today I ordered and the woman calls to get clarity on the order and that is what I found out about that STUPID rule. A $1.00 FOR KETCHUP??????? Also I ordered Shrimp low mein and it was horrible. The woman on the phone had attitude and I told her I will NEVER order from there EVER again and she didn't even care that I said that, she seemed so unbothered! I ordered a $28 quantity of food I had to wait like 15 minutes which is probably average.... But I asked for you pork fried rice to be extra fried and when I got was a yellow rice to look like Hispanic yellow rice! When I called to complain about the lack of the rights being extra fried I was told to bring it back so I can waste more time to get it done correctly. I'm not going to say that this is a bad place to eat but make sure you get how you want your food cooked. I have included two photos of the exact YELLOW rice that I was given.
