First we can start with their absolute great selection. They have something for EVERYONE! We can next move onto the equipment, the supplies and how they take their valuable time to teach you how to put your new selection together. They tell you what extra stuff you may need, what goes best with what and a WHOLE LOT MORE. I would be here all day explaining everything! Their selection on flavors and brands is ONE OF A KIND! If they don't have something you want, the owner and the entire extremely qualified staff will order it and have it shipped at their own expense usually overnight. At most 2 days and what you wanted is in the store waiting! The owner and her staff are so so nice, helpful, knowledgeable, qualified and seem truly happy with their jobs. And the owner must treat them right, because employees are not as content as the Vape Shop employees if they weren't treated right. Happy, appreciated and employees that are paid fairly and what they are worth, makeup for plenty of the owners increased profits immensely! We have been going there for soooooooo long and have not had one problem or any issues and the owner can't be there 24/7 (let it be understood that the owner is there most of the time and works her butt off!) so it's obvious to say that the employees deserve a lot of credit for the success of this business! Please know, the owner is a super person with a great business sense and wonderful personality!!!! Without her, NONE OF THIS WOULD BE POSSIBLE AT ALL!!!! So, HATS OFF TO YOU!!!!! Love this place, as someone who has been vaping for 3+ years now its crazy to see all the changes and advancements. (sub-ohm tanks!) lol but this place is great i have been to vape shops all over the east coast and the customer service here is top notch! not to mention their ever growing selection of premium E- liquid that is on par with with some of the better vape shops i have been to. i absolutely recommend this place to any beginners looking to quit smoking, or advanced vapers! I’ve been vaping. while now and I live relatively close to this shop, but had never visited until yesterday. The night before I had broken the glass tank on my vape pen and was looking for a place to find a replacement tube. My usual shop didn’t stock them so i called The Vape Shop and was happy to hear they did! My visit to the shop was great - they have a huge inventory of devices, juice and spare parts.
