Chucks Cafe — Restaurant in Hamilton Township

New review: Came to leave a review and noticed that I already did 5 years ago. This place still sucks. They are nothing like the other locations. Food doesn’t compare to the other locations. They’re always adding extra fees at the register. Ewing, Trenton, & Burlington locations are awesome.

Old review: Very disappointed. Went back after the employee was rude and nasty a few weeks ago. I tried to explain that my large order would be paid for separately. He cut me off and asked the person next to me what they ordered. He stated he "didn't have time for this". Today I ordered take out on my 30 min lunch break. Got back to work and my order was wrong. They placed my salad with wings. NO BLUE CHEESE, no celery. Added fries with my sandwich when I asked for the salad to complete the sandwich. Did not include eating utensils and I am steaming about my blue cheese that should have been included with the wings I ordered. Not to mention....I paid extra for grilled wings and was giving regular fried wings. When I called they argued that the order was correct when I know what I ordered because It's what I wanted to eat. I won't be returning to this location. The Ewing location has very nice...

Ordered wings and a cheesesteak (saw a review someone posted saying "and dont sleep on their cheesesteak either" so figured was good. First I'll say been out of the area for years and remembered Chucks Wings ......thought thats who I called. On the phone I said cheesesteak with peppers and onions.....I believe he said they dont have that.....what??? I'm in New Jersey chirst sake. Any way I was starving. Put it in GPS kept telling go the other way on 33. I found it. Got home. I give a generous 2 stars....wings were ok. Whatever they call a cheesesteak was down right horrible. Burnt meat? MAybe burnt onions, no peppers, if there was cheese I didnt see or taste it, was dryer than dry. Unfortunately I was starving but I bet 95% of consumers would of returned it or threw it out. Well today there was a problem door dash and their restaurant.. I order the same thing at least once a week,but for some reason today it was magically a problem.. So I order my things and the dasher from door dash picks up the wrong order and delivers...I do what I'm supposed to and call and say " the dasher got my order wrong ,is there a way you can deliver the right order because door dash can mess up again,and I already paid for this food" The man catches a nasty attitude and says " fine he will be there" I get a full refund from door dash But the driver gets here and looks me in my face and goes " your order was to complicated,order from the other chucks " Excuse me? Well you don't have to worry about my service ever again All because of door...
