I used to shop here once a week. I will never shop here again. And I will not refer anybody to go here ever again. My experience today Tuesday November 30th 2021, really ruined it for me. I walked in with a watch which was not cheap considering it was used... That I had purchased this past Sunday on the 28th. I would have returned it yesterday but they were closed. I had my receipt. It took about 24 hours for me to realize that my watch wasn't working. They sold me a broken watch. No returned even if they sold you something that is broken. That's pretty sick.i We thought this was an honest place and a great business and we were referring a bunch of our friends who loved antiques and collectibles here, we've changed our opinions in one quick visit. This shop has two floors packed but easier to get around with wheelchair then with ELWOOD ANTIQUES but if I recall they have elevator to second floor if you use walker or wheelchair large parking in rear wheelchairs need to come to front of building to enter. Clean restrooms very small so wheelchair people will need assistance. Chair won't fit. But garuntee loads of stuff to look at. And always ask for Lilliput booth 2cnd floor.
