MVP’s here; Fried String Beans - absolutely order these!!! Perfect crunch/batter- the accompanying signature sauce pairs well! Porky Pine- again well seasoned pork cutlet with toasty bacon and pineapple, well balanced with the sweet and salty! Enjoyed every single bite! ——- The Wings were good! Had a perfect crunch, the Asian zing wasn’t spicy at all but had just that the perfect zing… wish the meat had a tad bit more flavor. However would pair perfectly with bar of offerings.. The Flounder Platter was meh, nothing to exciting - think Gordens flash frozen breaded fish fillets- it borders cod fish , again could hit the spot if you are wanting fried fish. My daughter loved it- ate it all (thought it was chicken šŸ˜†) The chicken quesadilla is lacking in chicken - I’ll definitely pass on this item. ——- They serve Coke products, which is a plus! The restaurant is well kept, server was a pleasure! There is a modest CC fee added to bills. They do have a very diverse beer menu! Overall place has a good vibe, local patrons are pretty chill - would absolutely return/ recommend!

Server was pretty rude. Mozzarella sticks were frozen, nicely asked for them to be cooked and it seemed like an issue. My Cuban sandwich has black long hair in it and I showed the girl server and she said that it was cheese lol. Then claimed it couldn’t have been hair. They took my sandwich in the back and put a new piece of bread on the topšŸ˜³šŸ˜‚.. also came to the table 3 separate times and left our drinks empty .. not a good server at all! I usually come for the Cuban and why not… I doubt I’ll be coming back at this point, so sad honestly I use to love this place.

UNDERSTAFFED. On the parking side of the building, there are steep steps to get into the bar, which makes it difficult for some older patrons to get inside. There are also a set of steps, leading up to a porch, at the front of the building. We went on Saturday afternoon around 1pm. The bar was at about 70% capacity. As with any establishment other patrons can break your experience, as with the 2 extremely loud men who wanted to hold a conversation on opposite sides of the bar (there were seats available at the bar where they could have sat next to each other) which is not the establishment's problem. The 1 server was doing her best to make sure everyone dining was acknowledged, but was overwhelmed. It took about 10 minutes to place our drink order, another 10 minutes to place our food order and another 30 minutes to receive the food. The food was bland at best(assuming there was a cook in the kitchen. If the young lady who was waiting tables, delivering drinks, clearing tables, was also doing all the cooking, then the food was great under those circumstances) I ordered the bacon and blue cheese burger, well done. Burger was medium and barely any blue cheese on it. I don't know what the 1 young lady working is paid an hour, but she...

Went to west end grill for a bite to eat and a drink with my friend. We enjoyed happy hour with Amanda the bartender who was very attentive and friendly. We closed our bill out when she finished at around 7 pm and another female bartender came on. She didn’t introduce herself and was a bit condescending when asked if she could activate the juke box.

After this bartender came on shift , we had about 4-6 beers between myself and one other person. When I asked for the check I was surprised so see that she had charged me for 20 beers at $2.81.

$57 for 6 miller lite bottles seemed a bit much so I brought it to her attention. She then started rooting through a trash can and putting empty bottles on the bar and claiming that I had consumed all of them. The bottles were not even all the same beer and she then told me to just ā€œpay for what I think I drankā€.

I regularly meet friends at this bar since it’s a middle point between friends. However I would not recommend anyone come here after my experience.

This occurred on...
