I am leaving a new review sadly. As my review before was an excellent review but it was too good to be true. On April 26th I purchased a car well âfinancedâ. On May 8th I was told I was basically never approved for the car and it had to be returned. I was told this by the finance company (pronto). Also Rodrigo did state during our conversation that this does happen with that finance company. But why let me leave with a car if Iâm not approved? Prior to this being said though the car I was dealing with was a 2014 Infiniti Q50. Since the start I was realizing so much white smoke coming out of the exhaust. At first I was like okay maybe because it rained itâs normal, then slowly blue smoke would come out. So I knew this wasnât normal. I was told by service when calling it could be due to cold start. Mind you it was at normal temperature and when stepping on the gas heavy clouds of white smoke would come out. Thatâs not normal. I had enough and took it to infinity where I was there to watch the whole thing and watched a video of my inspection and I had a âsludge motorâ so needed a new engine asap. My heart dropped. But my contract was never finalized so I reviewed the contract with my lawyer and I still qualified for a refund of my down payment. Reading other reviews I see many people didnât get it back. I suggest seeking the state and business bureau and maybe a lawyer. Take pictures when returning the car too of your mileage. I was told by other people who this happened to that they tried saying they put over 1k miles in 1 week and tried to deduct this from their down payment. READ THE CONTRACT before signing. I did get my down payment back with no issues but I was going in prepared I wouldnât. The lack of communication after getting a car is horrible. I was being avoided multiple times. I was stuck with no car. They offered to give me something else with my down payment but why would I? I was lied to with this car. To top it off when I went for my inspection they did a fluid test and found that there was a fluid that was dumped in the car to help the engine not clot for the mean time so I could drive it around for a while and thatâs not okay. Not just that, when I went in may 8th, I was sitting in the waiting room and was waiting for âValeriaâ. Who came out mad asking who was asking for her, I told her what was going on with the engine and I had paperwork from Infiniti and infront of the people waiting at the lobby she said âwell even if this is the issue you were never approved for the car to begin with because you donât make enoughâ. Instead of being professional and could have taken me to her office she announced it to everyone. Which is fine I can careless but big back didnât have to say that in front of everyone. Take your car to the actual manufacture before finalizing anything. The sales guy was amazing once again and helpful but you still have to be very careful because they have a job to do and money to make just like everyone else. Also itâs not the first time theyâve had a claim against them I didnât know this but I was told this by many people. And the car was placed back up for sale the next day. I truly hope the next owner to that car can see this or hopefully they put a new engine but I doubt it if it went up the next day again on their website. I still have all paper and proof of everything just incase my review becomes another issue. Be careful young buyers or...
Read more!!!!!!!!!!PLEASE READ ALL THE BAD REVIEWS ON HERE. GOOGLE THIS COMPANY READ THEIR YELP!!!!!!!!!!! They not only scam customers but other businesses!
Dishonest dealership. Nice people front for BAD/BROKEN/LEMON/MISREPRESENTED cars.
My husband and I bought a 2019 Ford F-150 here and within ONE month it needed an entirely new transmission. They answered exactly how I thought they would answer after doing more digging on this company. Of course, they didnt take any responsibility. Blamed me for not catching it because I test drove it and want us to bring it and spend more money to fix a bad truck they sold us. LOL what a joke. We are currently filing a consumer complaint with Illinois Attorney General and the Better Business Bureau. Just because a car is sold as is does NOT eliminate the dealership's legal obligation to disclose known or reasonably discoverable defects at the time of sale. This dealership knew it had a bad transmission. Of course they will pretend like they didnt. SCAM COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I will get an attorney involved if I have to because at this point because it's not right what they are doing to people. PLEASE DO NOT COME HERE!!!!!!!!!
Responding to their response - Their manager decided to call me and try to place blame on me and said it was "weird" I took it for a test drive and didnt have any of these issues. He continued pointing fingers then at the end of all of it say "I'm not trying to place blame." It was a complete joke. Everyone please go to Yelp and read those reviews. No idea whos leaving the google reviews. On yelp they have a 1.7 rating and multiple people have had the same issue once they drive off the lot. Apparently they think because you test drove it for a few minutes then that negates any issues. I am aware of the 15 day law but its also Illinois law for you to correctly represent a car you sold which you did not. You can pretend like you didnt all you want but its very clear you cheat your customers as well as other businesses.
This place is a scam hiding behind "nice" people. On yelp there is even a review from a few weeks ago from them cheating money out of people that delivered cars to them. The trend is that this dealership is DISHONEST. Do not believe anything that comes out of their mouth. DO NOT COME HERE. lol good faith? You are cheating people and selling bad cars. Again, they put on this nice facade online but there was no resolution offered. He continued blaming me, tried to act like he was doing me a favor, and offered no resolution. I dont want your broken car. PLEASE ANYONE THATS EVEN THINKING OF COMING HERE. YOU DONT HAVE TO BELIEVE ME BUT PLEASE GOOGLE THIS CAR DEALERSHIP AND DO YOUR RESEARCH!!! They have even changed their name to hide their fraud.
I have filed a BBB complaint. I filed with the Attorney General and I will continue reporting this to CBS News, WGN news, and whatever local news that reports on local scams and fraud until they take responsibility for what they did. If you have been screwed over by them. I urge you to report them to the BBB and Attorney General as well so there is a trail. I also urge you to contact the local news divisions. They are always looking to report on local fraud companies to keep our community safe. I've already send documentation. If you want to send me a message, I can help you on where to...
