I was pretty happy with the store as far as cleanliness and ease of locating items. When I asked an employee where a particular product was he knew exactly where to find it and showed me by taking me to the location himself. The reason I only have 3 stars is because I was looking at the knives and the inventory was sparse. There were knives I was interested in buying that weren't available. The other reason is upon check out the employee asked if I had was in the neighbors club, which after checking 2 out of the 3 possible numbers said forget it and continued on. When I asked him to sign me up he got annoyed and rolled his at at me in the direction of the customer standing behind me. I was embarrassed and aggravated he did that. I am a paying customer too. I matter too. An employee that gets annoyed by a customer just because he is asked to do his job probably needs some training in...

There were about 5 employees of the clinic and they were doing everything to make sure the line very large line kept moving quite successfully. While you are still in line two employees came with tablets person one verified info making sure they had a record of your pet. Person two put a little more info into that record and made sure all your questions about the services were answered. They kept a list of names so even if you had a dog getting nervous and barking you could step to a less full aisle with your pet and they would come get you in the order you arrived. Once in the back employee 3 gave you the paper records and explained any final things while employee four and five administered shots. They worked as a well oiled machine and we're very polite...

After it was clear what I needed, (I had my old air filter w/me)I was told to go to the Mower area & wait & he or another associate would come & help me. I waited & I waited.....I was looking around myself the whole time, completely confused. I found 1 that looked close. There wasn't alot of stock & it was a bit dis organized. Not easily shopable. I couldn't afford to spend the money on the wrong part. I needed help & I was left there. The pleasant cashier did assure me I could return it, if it didn't fit. I was lucky it did work in my mower.
