Harmony Museum — Attraction in Harmony

We rented Stewart Hall out for our wedding rehearsal dinner, and it worked out really well. The employees are very nice/helpful, and the price was great. You get a fully stocked kitchen with two refrigerators, which is great when you have a bunch of beer and other lovely libations for your guests. They provide the table and chairs for your use, as well as an elevated dance floor in the back and a cool little historic basement. This was the first time we attended the annual Harmony German Christmas festival. We really enjoyed it. There was a lot to see and do at the festival. All the folks working at the booths and exhibits were very friendly. In fact, everyone in attendance seemed to really have a good time, but who wouldn't enjoy themselves with a mug of hot mulled wine in their hand as they looked around. Several ladies and I attended an Eleanor Burns event here. Her sister, Patty, showed lots of quilts she and her sister made, and showed a copy of Eleanor's very first book about log cabin quilts.
