Burger King — Restaurant in Jackson Township

They seem to have no desire to make the Burgers the right way. Like its a huge Inconvenience to them to do their JOB. Just a tip Ask for Light Mayo/ Ketchup or Your gonna end up with burger and buns in Your Mayo and Rotten Mushy tomatoes and the Brown Lettuce that is Onion Flavored when You ask for NO Onion! Oh and the Attitudes of some are refreshing! Its not evryday you get sighed at and snippiness when ordering and then at the Window thats 5Ft away cuz they dont want to have a Car to close and ppl actually able to Reach for the food they just paid for. They rather see who drops it on the ground and Good luck with ANY Manners like Your welcome to my thank u or how are you today you get mayb a Fine and the window shut on you. Thats a Group of Winners that Know their Jobs are Secure!! But service is somewhat quick if you dont order more tha a drink and 1 sandwich. Anything more you park Out front wherever there is a space and wait 15mins for 3 or 4 items. While 3 or 5 cars go thru without issue! GOOD TIMES AT...

We took a drive out of the city in search of a Burger King (We were craving a Crispy Chicken sandwich!) where we could “dine in” during this Covid19 fiasco. We decided this Burger King would be our stop and we are glad we chose this one. The employees were all super friendly and very efficient. Our order was perfect, hot and tasty. The restaurant was very clean and neat despite being very busy (mostly drive through). We noticed the gentleman in the white shirt and tie whom we assume is the manager and he was busy hustling those Whoppers right along with his employees! Now THAT is a REAL manager!!! We were very impressed and it is clearly obvious he runs a “tight ship” and does his job VERY WELL! Great job sir—our hats off to you and your great employees! We will definitely be making the drive back our there again soon! Well worth...

UPDATE: Four months since the last review, I've only eaten here three times. I still can't get the correct order, it's frustrating receiving lesser than what I pay for. And getting fries that are very soggy with grease everytime. This bk used to have good service about 2 or 3 years ago. Now it's just slowly getting worse.

Sorry you guys thought I was taking a picture of you guys while I'm in speakerphone trying to avoid getting my phone wet. If it makes you feel any better the food you gave me was not good like usual from the Zelienople Burger King, it's either okay or should have been thrown out hours ago so you know if you order from here only go during meal...
