Northgate Plaza — Local services in Jackson Township

Nice plaza that I usually go to several times per month. I like the new stop light. You can actually have a chance to exit the plaza considering the heavy traffic on RT. 19. Domino's Pizza is in the plaza. Their pizza is really good. There's a good credit union in the plaza. Dollar Tree usually has some cool finds. Bi-Lo Foods, well, they have a nice deli and hot food section, but their overall prices are absolutely ridiculous. The new Aldi's store will solve that problem. You'll find a car parts store in the plaza, and a laundry mat, a Thai Restaurant, Huntington Bank, a Wines and Spirits store, and a couple...

It's a shopping plaza. Not much to say really other than it's tough to get into and out of with the traffic and parking lot layout.

There's a bank, auto parts store, grocery, dry cleaner/tailor, BBQ place, dollar store, Burger King, Dairy Queen and some other small places I can't recall.

I will say that the grocery store has pretty good hot foods for lunch or dinner and they have a pizza shop inside with the standard variety.

The grocery store IS NOT fancied up like a Giant Eagle or Market District. More like an old time Foodland or Shop and Save.

We picked up a large to go order from West Penn BBQ (WP BBQ). You can eat there... The business has a "mom and pop" feel. The staff all seemed very nice. The order was ready when promised. I thought the food was a bit pricey for what was ordered. The pulled pork, pulled chicken, and two BBQ sauces were tasty. The baked beans were a bit spicy, but still good. Note: all the formentioned foods had a very strong smokey flavor. I did removed several chunks of chicken skin from my sandwich, not a plus for me. Overall, the food was enjoyed by everyone...
