Campus Book Mart — Attraction in Hattiesburg

This was one of the friendliest bookstores I've had the privilege to visit. As they were switching from the old logo to a new logo many of the products were half price. Perfect gifts for those attending and those passing through like myself. The lady who works there was so helpful and kind. She got so busy that I eventually just went behind the counter to help her organize her hangers. Felt like I was home lol! People down south are definitely friendlier for the most part. The name of this business is misleading. I just called the store to inquire about a book I am looking for. The response I got was "School campus sells the books only now. We do not sell books anymore." I cannot say wether or not I recommend this place as a gift shop, but I can definitely say that it should not be called a "book mart" as the business...

Absolutely phenomenal staff! Visited for the first time this past fall, can’t say enough about how friendly everyone was and how helpful they were. Great selection with fantastic prices - was even able to get tickets to a football game while there. Will definitely be visiting again during our next trip to Mississippi from Montana...
